As a guest in the vacation flat CANALETTO you will stay absolutely centrally in town. You are travelling around, visiting relations or you have to stay in town for business reasons, you are looking for accommodation and appreciate short distances to many favourite tourist destinations, you like to enjoy individual and practical living comfort, you are like to prefer self-catering in your holiday, you enjoy to stay by yourself, even in an original urban historical environment? The Dresden Baroque District offers excellent shopping facilities, some galleries for contemporary art, many small boutiques and antique shops and even a couple of the tastiest restaurants in town around the corner of that vacation rental. Only 10 minutes walk to Church of Our Lady and to Semperoper house, 700 m walk to express and local train station Dresden-Neustadt, 150m to TRAM-station Albertplatz square or Neustaedter Markt square, 400 m easy walk to the bank of the River Elbe and 600 m distance into the scene district Outer New Town with bars and night clubs. The holiday apartment CANALEETO provides living comfort for 1-4 guests at 48 sqm with living- and sleeping room, open fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, terrace and locked bicycle shed in a new cosy reconstructed old building (18th century). The final cleaning service & all operation costs, Wi-Fi Internet by 6 MBit/s download standard, bicycles for each guest, washing machine usability, towels + bedclothes for each guest, high chair, cot plus kids bedclothes on demand all are included in the flat rate. Unfortunately, smoking inside the vacation flat and also pets are not allowed. Their are so many reasons and occasions for a trip to Dresden and the stay in the holiday apartment CANALETTO. Eine tolle Woche mit vielen Erlebnissen und Eindrücken. Wohnung zentral gelegen, alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Es war alles vorhanden, was man brauchte - voll ausgestattet. Abwicklung vor Ort lief reibungslos. Es wird nicht der letzte Aufenthalt gewesen sein.

Lage/Ausstattung

Die Lage und Ausstattung der Wohnung ist hervorragend. Alles gut fussläufig erreichbar Restaurants, Sehenswürdigkeiten und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Herr Bley's Empfang und Gastfreundlichkeit ist toll und auch die aderen Bewohner im Haus. Kommen gerne wieder.

Zentral und funktional

Für 2 Personen ideales Apartment, nur ca. 150m von der Elbe und der Brücke zur Altstadt entfernt und mit allem was man braucht Der Innenhof ist klein, aber fein und bietet vor allem im Sommer ein schattiges Plätzchen (allerdings stört man unter Umständen die Nachbarschaft, wenn man sich dort aufhält). In der näheren Umgebung gibt es einige gute Restaurants, Cafés und nette Läden sowie viel Kunst. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr unkompliziert und freundlich. Wir würden die Wohnung unbedingt weiter empfehlen, allerdings nur für zwei bis drei Personen (sonst fehlt ein Stuhl am kleinen Esstisch und man müsste jeden morgen das Bettsofa wieder zusammen bauen).

Schöne Wohnung nicht weit vom Geschehen

Die Wohnung ist der perfekte Ausgangspunkt, um die Sehenswürdigkeiten von Dresden zu erkunden. Man ist in ein paar Minuten an der Augustusbrücke. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Sie ist im Erdgeschoss an einem Innenhof und ist ideal für 2-3 Personen. Das Bett ist sehr bequem und auch auf dem Sofa lässt sich sehr gut schlafen. Die Wohnung ist etwas dunkel, da durch die Innenhoflage nur sehr wenig Sonne ankommt. Das hat uns aber nicht weiter gestört, da wir tagsüber die meiste Zeit unterwegs waren. Toll fanden wir auch den kostenlosen Parkplatz nicht weit von der Wohnung.

Im Barockviertel zu Hause

Schnörkellose aber gut eingerichtete Wohnung in einem Barockgebäude aus dem 18. Jahrh. mit Atmosphäre ermöglicht ein authentisches Erleben von Neustadt und auch der Altstadt jenseits der Elbe. Mit dem Fahrrad durch Neustadt und übe die aussichtsreiche Elbbrücke zur Altstadt sind stets ein Genuss für sich.

Ein unvergesslicher Aufenthalt

Wir sind bei Ankunft in der sehr schön eingerichteten Wohnung von Herrn Bley herzlich willkommen worden und in allen Bereichen sehr gut informiert. Die Ausstattung ist hervorragend, es fehlt nichts. Die Lage ist wunderbar, alles ist zu Fuß bestens erreichbar und durch die Fahrräder ist auch ein Ausflug in die Umgebung sehr gut durchzuführen. Wir werden gerne wieder kommen.

Urlaub im schönen Dresden. Gästewohnung Canaletto im schönen Barackviertel, im Obergraben 15

Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen, im Barockviertel und in 10 min. ist man schon in der Innenstadt. Auch für ältere Menschen gut geeignet, die Wohnung in Parterre ist. Es wurde an alles gedacht, sogar Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist Super und alles sehr sauber. Der Gastgeber ist sehr nett und bei Fragen immer schnell erreichbar. Von der Buchung bis zur Abreise verlief alles alles reibungslos. Leider waren die Mieter darüber bis spät in die Nacht relativ Laut, was uns störte da wir mit angekippten Fenster geschlafen haben, da war im Sommer dort waren. Der Gastgeber A. Bley ist sehr zu empfehlen. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit in Dresden, E.L. und M.P.

FEWO in TOP-Lage

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet (inkl. Fahrräder/Waschmaschine). Der Vermieter ist sehr aufmerksam und hat vorab reichlich Informationen zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Lage ist wirklich TOP! Im Barockviertel gibt es eine vielfältige Gastronomie. In der Altstadt ist man in maximal 10 Minuten, ebenso weit ist es zum Szeneviertel mit vielen kreativen Geschäften und Kneipen. Immer wieder gern :-).

Perfekt

Die Unterkunft im Barockviertel war alles in allem perfekt für eine Woche Urlaub in Dresden. Die Kommunikation und der Check-in klappten hervorragend und reibungslos. Vielen Dank auch nochmal, dass wir den Stellplatz für unser Auto nutzen durften. Die Wohnung ist auch zu dritt komfortabel. Das Sofa ließ sich abends im Handumdrehen zum Bett umbauen. Es war alles sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet, so dass selber kochen kein Problem war. Über die Getränke und die Marmelade im Kühlschrank haben wir uns ebenfalls sehr gefreut. Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt und man war in nicht mal zehn Minuten in der Altstadt von Dresden. Ausflüge in die Umgebung waren ebenfalls gut machbar. In den Nebenstraßen gab es zahlreiche Restaurants und hübsche kleine Läden! In unmittelbarer Nähe sind Drogeriemarkt, Supermarkt, Bäckereien (auch sonntags geöffnet) und eine Apotheke vorhanden. Uns hat es prima gefallen und wir können die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen und würden wiederkommen!

Empfehlenswert!

Schöne kleine Wohnung mit gepflegtem Innenhof in sehr zentraler Lage in der Neustadt. Für Ausflüge in die Altstadt von Dresden und das Umland empfehlenswert. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen Urlaub benötigt: ausreichend Geschirr, Bettwäsche und Handtücher, vollausgestattete Küche etc. Was will man mehr. Der beschriebene, dazugehörige Parkplatz war zwar nicht mehr nutzbar, aber direkt vor der Tür war ausreichend Parkraum vorhanden. In der Umgebung sind mehrere Bäckereien, ein Einkaufsladen und viele Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar. Fazit: sehr zu empfehlen!

Top-Lage und gemütlich

Eine schöne, kleine Wohnung für zwei Personen in einer perfekten Lage. Alles, was man in Dresden sehen und erleben möchte ist fußläufig erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und viele gute Restaurants um die Ecke. Uns hat auch die Nutzung der Fahrräder begeistert! Für eine Woche City-Trip eine absolute Weiterempfehlung.

Immer wieder gern!

Top Lage, sehr gut ausgestattet, ruhig!🙏, super Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter, sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Es gab sogar Begrüßungsgeschenke wie Wasser, Wein, Bierchen und lecker Marmelade. Vorhanden waren Zucker, Salz, ausreichend Klopapier, Spülmittel, sogar Waschmittel für die Maschine, etc. pp. Im Prinzip war alles in gutem Maße vorhanden! Ausserdem wäre die Küche auch für richtige Kochmenüs ausgestattet gewesen, konnten wir aber nicht ausnutzen, da wir bei schönem Wetter einfach zu viel unterwegs waren😂 Ich persönlich finde auch die Badewanne erwähnenswert und einen echten Bonus😍 (Bei kühlerem Wetter wäre sie bestimmt zum Einsatz gekommen!) Mini Anmerkung: Bei der Suche nach einer Wohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmern wurde diese mit aufgezeigt. Ich würde aber hier eher von einem Schlafzimmer und einem Wohnzimmer mit Schlafcouch sprechen☺️ (Im Inserat-Text wird es aber richtig dargestellt) Im Nachgang war es aber gut, weil die Wohnung einfach top und für die älteren Herrschaften mit nächtlichem Toilettengang war es (noch) in Ordnung😅 Also war es für uns doch super, dass diese Wohnung uns aufgezeigt wurde😉👍

Top Ferienwohnung, im zentrum.......

Das Feriendomizil ist perfekt für selbstversorger oder Gasthausjäger. Top lage von der man alles erkunden kann. Die Einkaufsmòglichkeit, alles gleich um die Ecke. Ich kann die wohnung mit open sitzplatz nur empfehlen. Wir kommen gene wieder.

eine richtig schöne zeit

wir haben die tage genossen, da es sauber und gemütlich war. der vermieter und betreuer des objektes waren sehr nett. die wohnung liegt ruhig und zentral. abgesehen von den normalen ausflugmöglichkeiten ist der sophienkeller mit seinem besonderen ambiente.

The marketing of the holiday apartment started 2008 after finishing renovation of this building ensemble inside the Baroque District. Dresden with all its well known attractions is destination for many many tourists around the world and to base and equipped that flat as an vacation rental for self caterer and international and individual travellers was and is still a good decision for myself and also for my business in the touristic branche.
