Private screened porch and fenced yard! Inside has lots of natural light and is very spacious! Close to beach. Renovated, brand new appliances and flooring. 2 bedroom and 2 bath coastal cottage. Beautiful!

Thank you for looking at our property. I manage and own this home and am local to Myrtle Beach. I moved to SC in the summer of 2020 from Massachusetts and love the south!

Why they chose this property

This property was purchased in 2021. Both my sister, Tammy, and I own the property with our husbands. We use it for family vacations and holidays and also have a second property located 2 doors away (VRBO Prop ID: 2495208). With a large family of 10, we needed 2 houses to accommodate our time together.

What makes this property unique

The home is very cozy/ bright and comfortable and we are excited to share it with you. The screened porch is perfect for morning coffee and late afternoon cocktails. If you have a large group, you can inquiry about both properties. The VRBO # for the Falcon house is #2495208. Please feel free to message with any questions.
