Centrally located within a ten to fifteen minute drive to Manhattan Beach, Venice, and Santa Monica. Also very close to Westwood, Beverly Hills, and Beverly Center and in close proximity to LAX. Nearby stores within close driving distance include Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, and Bristol Farms as well as the Marina Del Rey and Playa Vista shopping areas as well as countless restaurants.
