Escape to sunny Florida in this bright and cheerful ground-floor King Suite—perfect for a weekend getaway, business trip, or solo retreat. Thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience, this inviting space features a plush king bed, a ceiling fan, and a 32” Roku TV with premium cable for easy entertainment.
The well-equipped kitchenette includes a mini fridge, microwave, sink, toaster, and coffee maker—ideal for light meals, snacks, and morning coffee. Enjoy the ease of being just a short stroll from both parking and the sparkling Laterra pool, located next door in the serene courtyard of the 955 building.
While this suite does not have laundry facilities, guests have access to all the essentials for a comfortable stay.
Traveling with little ones? Baby gear such as a crib, highchair, stroller, baby bath, changing table, and porta crib—as well as beach chairs—are available at no charge with a minimum of 24 business hours’ notice (subject to availability).
Some dogs are permitted with advance permission. Aggressive breeds, including Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherds, Chows, Staffordshire Terriers, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Wolf-hybrids, Mastiffs, Cane Corsos, Alaskan Malamutes, and Siberian Huskies are NOT allowed, Also no puppies under 1 year old.

St Augustine has been home for us for over 20 years. We are blessed to be part of this caring team at INTERNATIONAL GOLF REALTY. I'm proud to be married to Michael Golden, a Marine Veteran. We love God, golf, boating, great restaurants, sharing time with family and friends, and long walks on the beach. We enjoy spending time with friends and family in this beautiful and historic area, St Augustine, Florida. We love sharing our favorite places and learning about new places to explore! When we travel, we seek out private getaways where we can be alone and spend time together, hanging out, playing golf, boating, exploring new restaurants, and walking on the beach whenever possible!
