This cute and newly remodeled studio is waiting to be part of your Alaskan adventure! The studio makes a perfect space for a couple or a professional. Enjoy the closeness to downtown and other main attractions. Carrs grocery store is located a block from the property, and Fairbanks Park is right behind the backyard. Windows bring natural light. Laundry in unit. Plenty of street parking. The property is about 10 blocks from downtown. Raspberries grow wild in the backyard. You are welcome to them, but please be mindful of the bushes and leaving some for the rest of the guests. The berries grow from August - September-ish, depending on the season.

Die Unterkunft war nicht in einem guten Zustand. Es befanden sich offene Lebensmitteltüten im Schrank. Medikamente lagen auch dort. Der Backofen war mehr als dreckig. Im Badezimmer waren viele Farbflecken auf dem Boden vom streichen. Die Türen der Küche waren ach sehr dreckig und die Eingangstüre vom Badezimmer ebenso. Die Decke zum Schlafen war mehr als dünn, so dass es Nachts sehr kalt wurde.

Well furnished, clean apartment close to downtown Anchorage. We enjoyed the comfortable bed and the convenience of a furnished kitchen and laundry. Friendly, communicative host!
