Relax with ease knowing everything is turnkey and enjoy a fully stocked home for your carefree trip. Two-story Large quiet Cove home w/ boat parking has a private doc, double deck lounging patio, gas fire pit, water toys, kayaks, paddle boards, and ping pong table game room. Close to Bridgewater Marina, Kroger & Winery`s. Pet Friendly!

Bright and spacious. Located right on the water with a private dock on a private no-wake Cove. You Can paddle right out to the next larger Cove and you feel like the lake is all yours.
Enjoy staying in luxury, every detail thought of for a quality vacation. Completely turn-key. Just show up and have nothing to pack. When I am here it`s a real relaxing trip. The neighborhood is a great place for a quiet stroll too. The home sleeps 11. pets are welcome with approval.
all water toys are included for use.

Golf Course community on Smith Mountain Lake in Moneta VA

Plenty of parking at the home and most travel by boat or car

We provide Paddle boards Kayaks, life vests, floating jump mat, ping pong table, life size Jenga and life sized connect four to ensure hours of fun.
Pets must be pre-approved, and there is a $175 pet fee. We prefer to stick to the 30lb limit, and no puppies rule. Please contact us to discuss options.

We do not allow anyone to hang their boat on the lift, and you are welcome to tie it to the dock.

No smoking in the home and smoking found will be an additional charge of $250

no jumping off the dock for safety reasons

please hang all life jackets back up in the garage
If you use a paddleboard, kayak, or floating jump mat, please ensure they are put back in the garage.

A great week at the lake!

We had an amazing time. Perfect for families with kids or just a group of friends. Loved all the games, two living room areas, kayaks, paddle boards, and incredible fishing right off the dock.

Beautiful place

Lovely property to stay at! We had a great time in such a relaxing and beautiful place! Swimming off the dock was awesome as it is away from the congested area of the lake so my kids and I were able to float around without being worried about big boats coming through.

The house was lively - lots of towels, well-stocked, very comfortable yet modern. We loved the quiet cove and the proximity to Bridgewater. We are a gaming family and it was so nice that Melissa provided us with so many fun games.

This is a beautiful property and is conveniently located. There are quit a few steps to the lake but they are manageable. The lake was great for all boating activities and fishing. The family enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it. Host was very easy to work with. Thanks for a great vacation.

Beautiful home on Smith Mountain Lake

We were in the area for our daughter's college graduation. We were a fairly large group and it was nice to be able to spread out. Three floors, two living room areas, a ping-pong table, and multiple decks with plenty of seating. This house was fantastic!

Fantastic Home in a Fantastic Location

This home was immaculate, which we noticed when we first walked in. The view is fabulous. This is, by far, the best VRBO we've ever stayed in. The kitchen was stocked with spices, condiments, coffee, and tea. There were seven of us, and we were very comfortable. There was plenty of space inside, with lovely decks on the outside. I highly recommend this home, you won't be disappointed.

It was a wonderful experience renting this home. Home was spacious enough for the 9 of us. Home came with fully equipped kitchen. Owner made sure there were enough towels for all of us and was very responsive to any questions we had. Plenty of outside deck space and different level decks. Would rent it again.

Perfect location on the lake

This house was tucked away in a cove which gave us privacy and a great location for the kids to splash around & paddle board without boats coming too close. The house was a great find. 9 people fit really well. Melissa was so great to work with. She was a readily available if I had any questions. Having all the towels and additional items stocked in the house, made packing super easy! Highly recommend this location!

Great family getaway

We had a wonderful stay at Smith Mountain Lake. The house was clean and felt wonderfully homey- it was the perfect setup for our extended family for thanksgiving (three bedrooms upstairs and overflow room in the basement with a pullout couch. Had everything needed for a full Thanksgiving meal! Host was very accommodating and immediately responsive when we had to contact her by phone during our stay with a question. It’s on a nice quiet part of the water and having 2 kayaks to explore further out into the water was great - and a great selection of life jackets for all sizes!!! We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this house to anyone and hope to come back and stay at SML again soon!
