Western Montana loft overlooking Philipsburg and Discovery Ski/Bike trails. Fishing, hunting, 4-wheeling all close by. 2 blocks to historic downtown and P'Burg Brewery. Cozy open living w gas fireplace. Mini-fridge, coffee maker and hot pot for tea, oatmeal and soups.
Use of fenced yard and garden is yours also. We have chickens on the property.

I had everything needed for my stay. Good working coffee pot plus sugar/creamer, plenty of clean linens, and a small but adequate refrigerator for a short stay. We also had use of a small gas grill and a gas fire pit. The entry entailed steps which could be a problem for someone with mobility issues, but I had no problem.

My husband Bob and I bought our property in Oct 2021 while we were on our honeymoon and we love it. We still live part time in MN if we aren't here when you come. We love Philipsburg!

Why they chose this property

We loved the fact that our home was a miner's cabin and moved to this location after the mines closed at Granite City in 1900. We have decorated the interior of our home as a Swedish Cottage. The Jailhouse is decorated in western style.

What makes this property unique

Both Bob and I are artists and we have turned our garage below the Loft into a gallery for my paintings and Bob's lamps and furniture that he crafts out of vintage items. Take a tour through the gallery when you are staying with us.
