Stonybrook has a brand new Arthur Hills designed 18-hole golf course, lighted Har-Tru tennis courts, a heated community pool & spa, well-equipped fitness center, bocce courts, full-service restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating, Grill Room, Bar & Pro shop. The community is adjacent to the Legacy bike/walking Trail and close to shopping, restaurants, the YMCA, Nokomis & Siesta Beach. There is a one time transfer fee for Golf membership and use of all the beautiful club facilities if wanted. No pets allowed per HOA and one month minimum rental.
