The community is adjacent to the Legacy bike/walking Trail and close to shopping, restaurants, the YMCA, Nokomis & Siesta Beach. There is a one time transfer fee for Golf membership and use of all the beautiful club facilities if wanted. No pets allowed per HOA and one month minimum rental.
