This property is new to VRBO. Just listed. You and your guests will love this casual, comfortable but lovely and Sunny Home in Paradise! Exceptionally clean, quiet this property has everything you and your family will need to enjoy the beautiful Southwest Florida area. With more than 20 golf courses in the area and Gulf fishing less than 15 miles away, this home is an excellent location for golf trips, fishing trips, shopping trips or just "get out of the cold and hang around by the pool" trips!

This home includes three bedrooms: Master bedroom has king bed, walk in closet and en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has direct access to lanai and pool. Third bedroom is bright and sunny. Guest bathroom has plenty of room. This is a pet friendly home, please contact the property manager for approval.

The lanai has comfortable seating at the table and two separate chairs are light enough to move where you please in the lanai and pool side. lounge chairs available for pool side relaxing.

Dining area next to kitchen seats four. kitchen island with counter seating, four more people. The laundry room is in the Second bathroom.

It's amazing to find such solitude right next to such magnificent neighborhoods! This home is Near Ft Myers Beach, Sanibel Island ( only 30 min away) and Captiva Islands and close to restaurants, entertainment and shops. There, you can enjoy beautiful beaches, the Sanibel light house and some of the best shelling in the world. Get there early and you'll find the shells that have become exposed from the previous truly amazing finds. Bring some beach chairs and a cooler and you're set for a relaxing day at the beach! For nature lovers, Ding Darling National Wildlife Preserve is there for the exploring. On the "near side" of Sanibel, Ding Darling is an amazing display of waterfowl and biodiversity. Keep traveling north and you'll find more adventure awaiting on Captiva island and beyond!!! For more activities don't forget Ft Myers Beach.

Great communication

Overall I had a great time. First night I had trouble with the door. After speaking with them they got me in quickly. I settled in and realized the ac wasn’t working. I called them in the morning and they had someone out for the door and ac same day. I would suggest having a fan for the bigger room. Luckily I brought my personal fan. I did bring my dog and she loved the backyard. I couldn’t find a light for the yard. I would suggest even solor lights around the rocks that line the screen. Unfortunately the last night ac stopped working again. It didn’t bother me since it was the last night. The pool was nice and the neighborhood was quiet. You also can DoorDash a lot of places too. Thank you for the great communication. I enjoyed my stay.

Our stay in Cape Coral was amazing! The flow and cleanliness of the home was awesome. Don was a superb host always answered when we called no matter when and was very helpful and accommodating. We will definitely be using his services next time we visit the area. It’s your visiting the cape don is a go to host for sure. Thanks don for everything.

Home Away From Home

The house was so cozy! I loved how quiet the neighborhood was and how close the grocery stores are to the home. The beds were all very comfortable and so were the sofas. Don was great! When I had a question or concern he responded quickly to alleviate any issues. I appreciate him taking the time to talk me through getting the pool warmed up to the right temperature when we got there, since it was extremely cold at first. I can’t say enough great things about this place other than it’s one of the good ones and my family and I were extremely satisfied with our stay. If you’re looking for a peaceful vacation spot or home away from home, this is it! Thanks again!

Poorly appointed home

Very few dishes. Had to ask for coffee cups, blender, mixer. No hot pads at all. One cookie sheet and 2 small frying pans, Only 2 pool loungers with moldy pads when we arrived. 2 new loungers were brought to replace them. No serving bowls or platters were there, Washing machine smelled of mildew all the time. . Entire house smelled of mildew when closed up for a period. Manager responded to kitchen needs in a timely manner but disagreed about the mildew/mold smell when he came to investigate. Mildew smell was not present when manager arrived due to the fact that we cooked breakfast just prior to his arrival and had the doors open and air circulating, Air filter on A/C unit was completely clogged with dirt when opened by property manager. Mold present on A/C unit in garage when manager arrived. He wiped it off with a cloth when noticed. Bath towels were old and worn but manager brought towels when asked. Pool deck surface was filthy when we arrived. Manager hired someone to power wash it when brought to his attention. Garage had left over shingles from a roof job, broken furniture, and various other items. Unable to park my truck in the garage due to work bench being in the way. Dining room table was insufficient in size and the dining room chairs were less than sufficient, We didn't use it at all.
