Well located house
Really nice spot, quiet neighborhood and well located. The weather was a hot And humid all week, with not air conditioning it was warm in the house but the fan in all the bedroom did help at night. I recommend the place.

Perfect Charlottetown location
We had a great stay here, the house was nicely renovated and a perfect setup for our family of five. Quiet neighbourhood that was an easy walk to the waterfront park, and a nearby small grocer. A bit longer walk or very quick drive to downtown Charlottetown. Easy access for site-seeing day-trips and beaches. Great communication with owner as well.

Couldn't ask for better!
One of the best VRBO's that we have stayed in! The location was perfect (5-minute walk from neighborhood grocery store; 10-minute walk from Victoria Park; 15-minute walk from downtown, 15-minute drive from UPEI). The house was spotlessly clean with paper goods provided. There were even playmates and a swingset, much to our 7-year-old granddaughter's delight. We were a three-generation family -- grandparents, parents, and two children. There was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. Some of us spent time relaxing and reading on the large deck outside of the light-filled kitchen. Any time that we had questions for Lisa, she was very prompt in responding and made us feel welcome. I highly recommend this home, and we look forward to returning in two years for our next conference in Charlottetown.

Perfect Weekend Getaway in Charlottetown
Lisa's place in the Brighton neighbourhood, Charlottetown was perfect for a weekend getaway with friends. It was clean, well appointed, and conveniently located. It had everything we needed and the beds were very comfortable. Having the Brighton Clover Farm Store just around the corner was a bonus! Walk down to the end of the street and see the lighthouse, then pick up the boardwalk and walk along the harbour to downtown. We didn't have a car, so the bus stop just at the end of the street was really convenient when it was raining. Would definitely stay here again!!

I was born and raised in PEI. My family dates back to 1760 on the island. My father was a residential builder, (both grandfathers were self sufficient farmers), and we owned rental apartment units on the outskirts of Charlottetown. I spend most of my time in the GTA, (for now). My career path has always been sales and marketing, in many different fields/industries. I built my own home in PEI in 2012, which I use as a vacation rental when I am not on the island; Westville Vista, #468619 with VRBO. I have been working as a real estate broker in Ontario for 17 years and now also a licensed real estate agent in Prince Edward Island as well; dually licensed in both provinces.

Why they chose this property

My family home is in the rural area of New Dominion, just outside Cornwall, and 15 minutes from Charlottetown, on the south shore. My favourite neighbourhood in Charlottetown has always been the established older and prestigious area of 'Brighton.' The reasons will be obvious; stately and quaint homes, on or close to the water, close by amenities of Victoria Park, the walking boardwalk of the waterfront area, and of course the ability to walk downtown to explore and dine. I was looking for an investment property that I would potentially use as my own at some point. With the big yard and large square footage, and being a duplex, it matched perfectly.

What makes this property unique

All mentioned previously, plus, a one minute walk around the corner, to the right, you will find a local boutique grocer that has absolutely everything you would need for your entire stay and much more. It. has fresh meats and vegetables along with many different ethic spices and ingredients.
