This luxurious villa with private and heated pool is located near the cosy holiday resort of Novigrad on the west coast of Istria. It has three bedrooms as well as a sofa bed in the living room for two people - so a total of up to 8 people can spend their holidays here. The modern and exclusive interior also includes a fully equipped kitchen and two bathrooms. Outside you will find a fully furnished terrace with barbecue, a beautiful balcony and the already mentioned outdoor pool. Enjoy this holiday and switch off completely from the hectic of everyday life! The pool heating is available from May to September - please inquire about the pool heating at least 2 weeks before arrival.
