We always strive to be readily available to meet your needs and ensure an exceptional experience. It's wonderful that our place met your expectations and that you found the location convenient for exploring the vibrant Cambridge and Harvard areas. We look forward to hosting you again!
We loved our stay at this Cambridge spot. Walking distance to the red line, parks, shops, restaurants, and more. Street parking was easy, since our vehicle was larger for the off-street parking. Heat can be tricky in a “vertical railroad” style as we called it, but that’s just physics. Our kids were very cozy in the top floor bedroom. Sometimes you can hear neighbors up and down the steps, but I’m sure they heard us too. Having laundry on the premises is always a necessity for us. We would definitely stay again.

We’re glad the location was a great fit for your family, Emily, and that nearby transit and local spots made getting around easy. It’s wonderful that the layout worked well and that the upper level was comfortable for the kids. As with many multi-level homes, you may notice occasional movement in shared stairways. We’re also happy the on-site laundry was helpful, and we’d love to welcome you back anytime!
Very nice property with kitchen. Great location between MIT and Harvard close to Red line and Walgreens.

Very dark. Incredibly uncomfortable bed. Downstairs bathroom was locked and it wasn’t resolved. Not explained on Expedia listing but laundry isn’t in the apartment and has additional cost. You have to walk through one bedroom to reach the other, and to use the only bathroom - also not explained on Expedia.
A well maintained property that we were able to make feel like home. Hosts were super responsive throughout our two-week stay and never hesitated to address anything that came up.

We're also pleased that our responsiveness made your experience even better – we always aim to ensure our guests feel well taken care of. It would be a pleasure to welcome you back anytime!
Very convenient location. Took subway everyday with kids, was just 5 mins walk to station, grocery and great food. 20 mins train ride away from Boston. Comfortable, had everything from extra towels, tv in all rooms to utensils. Only thing was lack of some basic spices and good coffee which I usually see in other stays. Not complaining but could enhance the experience. Overall extremely statisfied by the place and quick responses as well. Thank you

We provide core essentials so guests can settle in easily, while items like spices and specialty coffee are left to personal preference so everyone can bring what they enjoy most. We appreciate the thoughtful note and are glad you were extremely satisfied overall.
We’d be happy to host you again anytime.

The space was comfortable and having 4 floors offered space for our family. The third floor bedroom and top floor were well appointed and decorated. The location of the house was great. The basement and first floor were very cold when we arrived and the space heater didn’t seem to work which was a problem since it was 20 degrees outside We could not pull out the lower single ‘trundle bed’ on the top floor as the bed was blocked by the dresser. The property manager was quick to call the cleaning service to come over and move the dresser but then we discovered that the upper trundle bed was broken so the first night’s sleeping arrangements were problematic. The maintenance crew came early the next day and successfully repaired the bed and brought a powerful space heater to heat the living room area and to replace a very dusty air filter. The management company was were responsive and helpful.

We’re glad your family enjoyed the home’s layout, design, and location, Ann, and we appreciate the balanced overview.
The home was prepared, inspected, and fully functional prior to arrival. When a furniture placement issue and a mechanical concern were identified after check-in, our team coordinated same-day service to reposition the dresser, complete the repair, replace the air filter, and supplement heating during unusually cold conditions. These steps resolved the issues promptly for the remainder of the stay.
Thank you for recognizing our responsiveness and follow-through. We’d be happy to host you again.
This 4 story apartment worked great for our family with 3 kids ages 11 to 15. The location was perfect, being within easy walking distance to Cambridge restaurants and the red line. The hosts were very responsive when we had a minor WiFi issue (quickly resolved) and getting in the apt was easy. As mentioned in the description there is only one shower and to get to the top floor you need to walk through the ‘master bedroom’. Overall it was just as described and we would stay here again.

The property was as described in the listing. The host left excellent detailed instructions on how to get to the property from Logan via the train and local amenities. The property is a short walk from the train which eliminated the need for a car rental. My teens and I walked the neighborhood together and alone and felt completely safe. They also had a pre-filled Brita pitcher and ice cube tray which I appreciated. The mattresses and bedding were pretty comfy. Communication was easy and I had several last minute requests that were taken care of. I would stay again.

We're delighted that our place met your expectations and that you found the detailed instructions helpful in navigating from Logan to our place. It's great to know that the proximity to the train station made your stay convenient and eliminated the need for a car rental.

It was a pleasure assisting with your last-minute requests, and we're pleased that our communication made your stay smoother. We look forward to hosting you again, Devon!
First off, the management company was so responsive I could hardly believe it. They would respond to my messages within 10 minutes! Downside of the property were related to the physical structure of the building. We could hear people talking through the walls of the bedroom, not yelling, but talking. And the Tv/video games. We reached out to the management company and they got word to the people in that unit as they manage that one as well and it quieted down. I think the people were travelling from a different time zone so their schedule was off. I live in a free standing house so I'm not used to that. If you are a light sleeper you will need to have a white noise app going on your phone.
Other inconvenience was that it was always at least 10 degrees colder on the first floor (kitchen and living room) over the second floor (bedroom). Basement level was even colder. Granted it was 20 degrees outside and this is common maybe for a townhome style of building, but we had to put on extra clothes to go downstairs.

Thank you for your kind words about our responsiveness and for appreciating the location and spaciousness of the property, Sean. We’re glad we could assist you during your stay.
However, we need to address your concern about hearing people talk through the walls. The property has standard wall thickness and noise insulation, and you cannot hear people talking normally through the walls. If neighbors are being loud or if their schedules are disruptive, like in the case you mentioned with video games, it’s possible to hear that kind of noise. We’re glad we could resolve this promptly by asking them to keep it down and lower the volume.
As for the temperature variations, it’s common in townhome-style buildings, especially in colder weather, for the temperature to differ between floors. We encourage guests to reach out if they feel uncomfortable, and we can provide extra space heaters or blankets to ensure warmth.
We appreciate your feedback and are committed to providing a great experience for our guests. We hope to welcome you back in the future.
