However, we need to address your concern about hearing people talk through the walls. The property has standard wall thickness and noise insulation, and you cannot hear people talking normally through the walls. If neighbors are being loud or if their schedules are disruptive, like in the case you mentioned with video games, it’s possible to hear that kind of noise. We’re glad we could resolve this promptly by asking them to keep it down and lower the volume. As for the temperature variations, it’s common in townhome-style buildings, especially in colder weather, for the temperature to differ between floors. We encourage guests to reach out if they feel uncomfortable, and we can provide extra space heaters or blankets to ensure warmth.
