House location has a great woodsy secluded feel with nice amenities.

The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and functional for our group of 11. The kitchen was clean and functional for our group. The lighting over the dining table was inadequate for playing games. The only place to sit and read with adequate lighting was on the upstairs balcony which was an excellent place to play a musical instrument for acoustics.
