Enjoy a peaceful vacation villa in highly desirable Cape Coral, Fl. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath, fully air conditioned home with renovated baths and kitchen, is available for the perfect vacation. Enjoy the heated pool and patio in a screened in lanai w/ plenty of outdoor furniture for relaxation, outdoor dining, watching TV or listening to music, and watching beautiful sunsets with your favorite cocktail. The lanai has a Weber grill and wall mounted smart TV. The house has entire WiFi coverage and a WiFi Canon printer for our Guests' use. Perfect for a Romantic Get-a-Way or a Family vacation.

Many SW Beaches are open. Close to multiple Cape Coral golf courses to keep you busy for days. Visit the Wicked Dolphin Distillery, The Four Mile Cove Ecological Preserve, Fellowship Park, the Cape Coral Farmers Market, and the Rotary Environmental Park which has over 100 acres of gorgeous landscapes and the Tom Allen Memorial Butterfly Garden. Enjoy day trips to Port Charlotte, Fort Meyers, Sanibel Island, and Naples (check out the Naples Zoo and Botanical Gardens). Take advantage of the short drive to the wonderful restaurants. Shopping just minutes away for all of your needs and conveniences.

This home also includes a separate work space, with a printer and an additional den for working, reading or just some quiet time. The primary bedroom has an LED fireplace for those romantic evenings and has direct access to the pool. The second bedroom has a Queen Bed and Smart TV. The Third Bedroom has Twin Beds. The second full bathroom has double sinks as well as a tub / shower combination. The Living Room and all 3 Bedrooms have ceiling fans and TV's.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please start the laundry (either towels or sheets)
Be sure all light are out and all window treatments are closed
If the heat is on, set to 68. If the A/C is on, set to 78.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please do not try to adjust the pool heater and system. We have both solar and electric heat and it is maintained at 85 degrees.
The "pool guy" comes on Mondays. Please Do not lock the lanai door or you will be charged the additional fee for him to come back again.
If you use the grill, please clean after use. If we have to pay for cleaning, you will charged a fee.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house was very clean and well maintained. The kitchen was well equipped. The heated pool was very nice, and the privacy hedges around the backyard made us feel comfortable. It is located in a nice quiet neighborhood. The host was very accessible.

Family Visit

We enjoyed our stay to visit family in the area. The pool was nice and warm and very clean. Check-in was easy and owners were very eager to please. Would stay there again.

Very nice place for our extended stay. Lanai area and pool were comfortable for spending time outdoors. Nice decor around the villa. Place was in great condition overall and matched the description online.

Hi There. I'm sorry that you weren't expecting the location. It is a quiet residential neighborhood, which a lot of Cape Coral is. However, most folks have found plenty to do in the parks, restaurants, Pine Island, etc. Or just enjoying the private yard with the pool in the screened lanai. Good luck in your future adventures.

Florida Vacation

We had a great time the house suited us and we were very comfortable The garden need some serious attention palm tree leaves and weeds everywhere and the grass wasn’t cut while we were there. The pool was lovely but far too hot we asked for the heat to be turned down but t ever happened

I’m so sorry you had some minor issues. I’m checking with our manager regarding both the landscaping and the pool heat. As you know we can heat a pool up but not down. The heater is set to a constant 85 degrees. If the sun heats it beyond that there is no way to “air condition” it. I checked in with my manager after you checked out and he told me he hadn’t heard from you at all even though he emailed you before you came and checked in with you upon arrival. Anyway again, we want every guest to have a 5 star stay and I’m sorry you feel you didn’t

DIDN'T WANT TO LEAVE THE HEATED POOL!

The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed for our month long stay! The heated pool was AWESOME allowing us to swim even on the coolest days and nights. Plenty of seating in the lanai, having a TV out there allowed for a great start to the day with our morning coffee. Overall, the layout of the house was spacious and comfortable. We did encounter several issues earlier on in our stay, however the owners and property manager were very responsive and handled everything as quickly as possible. We would definitely consider staying here again!!

Great Pool!

We loved this property! Very clean and well kept. The sectional in the living room was awesome, super comfy! The pool was deeper than we expected but worked perfectly because I'm 6ft tall. The king bed in the master was uncomfortably firm and left us sore in the mornings. Also, the guest bathtub drained very slowly. All in all it is a great property!!!

Hi Becky. Thanks for your review. I wanted to let you know that the master bedroom mattress is brand new (March of this year) and we purchased a very expensive one for the comfort of our guests. We’ve had no other concerns but of course mattresses are a very personal choice. I’m sorry you found it too firm. Regarding the guest bathroom drain, we will address that immediately.
