Welcome home to Palm Springs! This Designer Mid-Century Modern home is located in the heart of the South Indian Canyon Estates - a coveted neighborhood with distinctive architecture and breathtaking mountain views designed by Charles Dubois. The inside of this property features gorgeous furnishings and décor, a fabulous open floor plan, high ceilings, and walls of glass that let the light pour in. ADA Accessible Home.
The resort-style yard is walled and gated for privacy and features a sparkling salt water pool with an integrated spa and waterfall feature. You’ll also find poolside chaise lounges, a firepit lounge, a covered outdoor patio, al fresco dining, and many umbrellas to keep you cool as well as an outdoor heater for the cool desert nights.
$650 Nightly Rate
Minimum 1 Month (or less, contact for more info) Rental (HOA Enforced)
$5,000 Security Deposit
$300 Cleaning Fee
$50 Daily Pool Heat Fee
$150 Per Small Dog (Max 2, No Cats, No Large Dogs)
