The property is walking distance to the Aspen base and the shuttles to the other Four Mountain ski areas. Pictures gave a spot on depiction of the unit. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great location

The location is fantastic, the management company were super easy to deal with. Main bedroom mattress was very "firm" and quite uncomfortable. Property is kind of dated but we had a great time and cant beat the location.

This was such an amazing place in the perfect location. The unit was clean and exactly as pictured. We loved the convenience and how walkable everything was. Property manager was very kind and accommodating too!

The space was good and very convenient to everything in downtown Aspen. Everything was great - the in-room air conditioning units were effective, but are quite noisy. Just be prepared. It is a very good location -

Wonderful property and location

We stayed here for a long weekend and could not have been happier with the entire experience. The unit was very clean, beds were comfortable, and the location was unbeatable. We were within walking distance to all of downtown Aspen. Check in after hours (which can be tricky) was straightforward and I even receieved an email the following day thanking me for submitting my forms and checking to see if I needed anything else. I thought the extra level of customer service was quite impressive. I would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Location! Location! Location!

Can’t beat this location when visiting Aspen. Although an older building, the accommodations had modern conveniences. Beds were the best we had over our two week trip out west. Can walk to anything in town and hikes are a short drive away. Host is figuring things out with new self check in process. Communication prior to arrival was non-existent with me having to ask for address day before arriving. I’m sure the kinks will be worked out with time. It’s worth considering if you’re going to Aspen.

Great Location!

Very central in Downtown Aspen. Close to everything!(supermarket, pharmacy, ski rental, restaurants, shopping, bus station, Aspen ski gondola.....) The condo unit is well furnished and very clean! The only things you need to get is the food and drinks. Perfect for family of 4!. The unit is at the 3rd floor towards the back corner of the building, away from the front of the street. Across the back alley where the unit is situated, it's close to the rooftop bar/lounge which can be noisy especially on weekend nights. No elevator in the building so it takes time and effort to hoist up the luggage and ski staff. This may be a chore if you have young children or baby.

I didn’t like the fact that there was absolutely no view. Every window faces an alley so you can’t even tell what the weather is like. Also super loud trucks in alley a lot of the evening makes it hard to sleep!!
