Absolutely wonderful

When arriving the house was outstanding and just as beautiful in real life as in the pictures. Our stay was extremely enjoyable and we would recommend this home in the future!

Telfair Vacation

This is our second year staying at Round House. It is a wonderful place to come whether it is just for you and your husband or a family. It is always clean and spacious. We spent mornings, afternoons, and evenings out on the deck. Danielle the owner is always very quick to respond, and in this case made sure we were prepared for Helene....just rain! Loved the area and home!

Out of all the Vrbo homes this is now are favorite! Great views, bird watching was fun, went to the lake, my dog loved the yard he doesn't have one at home. Everything in the home was comfortable and clean, will not hesitate to book this house again! Thanks Chris and Danielle

REST, RELAX & RENEW

My wife and I own and operate an in home dog boarding business in south Georgia and have been slammed with baby dogs all summer. We average 15-20 dogs every day & night. WE NEEDED A GETAWAY. When i came across The Round House and read all it had to offer I BOOKED IT and i am so glad I did. It was just what the two of us and our fur babies needed. We will be back for more!!!!

Relaxing Stay

My wife, two dogs and I enjoyed a week at the Round House. Check-in was easy. Danielle reached out to assure all was well. House was clean and well-stocked. Spent the majority of our time on the deck enjoying the views. Quick access to Jackrabbit Mtn for biking and hiking. About the same distance to both Hiawassee and Hayesville. The dogs loved the outside and fenced areas. Overall a wonderful vacation.

Amazing property!

Book now. This is such a beautiful home with a lush, well maintained yard, beautiful inside and a million dollar view. Stayed for our daughters 16th birthday and this was the perfect place. Chris and Danielle are very responsive and so kind.

Peace and Tranquility

This place was awesome. Quick response with Host's. There is EVERYTHING you need here. Just bring clothes and toothbrush. Most places SKIMP when it comes to supplying the customers with NICE stuff. Towels/Bed/Kitchen/Laundry ALL nicely supplied. I would recommend this VRBO to anyone! Nice touches as the little dog[fenced]area... Just a well thought of place!!!!

A little peace

From booking to finish our stay was outstanding. I take several extremely busy mom friends from around the states often. And this by far was their favorite place. We had no reason to leave. We yoga'd, played games, slept, talked, and embraced each others company. Communication was amazing, the pictures do no justice Bexar everything is more than I imagined for our stay. The beds were great! Such a well thought out vacation home. Thank you so much for allowing us to retreat here!

Vacation in Hayesville NC - Round House

My husband and I vacation in this area every year. This year we stayed at Round House. What is great about this location is first the ease to get to both Hayesville as well as Hiawasee GA. The house is up far enough the mountain for a beautiful view, yet easy to get around and walk. They are pet friendly and my old golden loved sleeping outside on the deck. The house was very clean and well kept. They also have a beautiful hot tub. They have a wonderful game area for kids. We will stay here next year! Loved it! Marci, Jim and Cheerio Telfair

Cutest house !

My family and I needed a house for part of our family since our lake house was full. This house was amazing. The owners thought of everything and coming from a family who has had rental houses for years- we were throughly impressed! We enjoyed the ping pong table both nights we were there. The fenced in area for the dogs to go potty was AMAZING. We all would rent this house again.

wonderful house, wonderful property

If you are looking for some land to look at as well as a generously accessorized house this is for you. Green lawn where you are staying as well as your neighbors surround you plus there's a view of the lake. Our dog loved the property, so did we. Be aware it sits on a hill which only adds to the view but there is an incline for walking and for driving up. Regardless, we LOVED this property and the quick responses of the helpful owners.

Beautiful property and amazing stay

We had so much fun as a family of 4 (our daughter is at Young Harris College), along with our pup. The kitchen was well stocked, the game room was great for the teens. I have limited mobility and it was all on one floor and perfect for me. The view was breath taking. It was much prettier than the pictures even prepared me for. Our first day, we stayed in, enjoyed the Braves on the LARGE tv in the living room after a late lunch on the lake at el Cancun. The second day, we ventured into Hayesville and met our college child back at the house for burgers on the grill along with a game of ping pong, corn hole, and time around the fire pit . My 17 year old loved the studio downstairs. We were sad to go. The master bed was the comfiest! Definitely going on our short list to stay at for our next visit to see our student.

Gorgeous home, great views, beautiful decor!

There is so much good I can say about this home! Beautifully decorated and gorgeous views! Our party included 4 adults, 3 teenagers and a dog. Everyone had plenty to do with the large game room (ping pong, PlayStation 4 and corn hole), hot tub and the lake nearby. Dollar General and many restaurants are within a few miles. The Chatuge Dam is also a short drive from the house and has a beautiful walking trail. (Sunset is a great time to take this walk. Wow!) The studio downstairs is a great place for the one that has work to do or needs some quiet time. I could live in that space and be completely happy. Danielle and Chris checked on us (via email) when we checked in and out to make sure we felt welcomed and had everything we needed and to thank us for staying with them. Very friendly people! I would recommend this home to anyone! Great vacation! Thank you Danielle and Chris!

PERFECTION

This house is amazing! Beautifully landscaped and maintained! From the cozy gas fireplace to the family of deer that visited us every afternoon we loved every minute of our stay. We will be back to this property over and over again!

In addition to the property itself, we absolutely adore the area and all it has to offer, including easy access to Lake Chatuge, fantastic hiking and mountain biking trails, excellent restaurants, breweries, and wineries! We are excited to share our home and hope you enjoy your time here as much as we do!

What makes this property unique

We love the peace and tranquility at the Round House! The sunsets are stunning, and relaxing in the hot tub while watching the orange glow fade to starry night sky is a truly magical experience. The deck and firepit are also great places to unwind! Our 1.5 acre property has open spaces and lots of landscape interest in every season - including a wide variety of trees that are home to many different kinds of birds.
