Unit Two is a cozy, single-room suite featuring a full bath with jetted tub, king bed, twin sleeper sofa, microwave, mini-fridge, and coffee maker. Dine in our picnic area with a gas grill or unwind in front of a wood-burning fireplace. Your stay includes snowshoe rentals during the winter. Everything was beautifully clean and cozy. We had a very nice day there. The only thing that I would criticize is the the front courtyard area was completely dark at night and none of our front porch lights worked other than that. We had a beautiful stay.

Cozy little cabin which was clean and comfortable for 2 adults and 2 golden retrievers. Everything went seamlessly from arrival to departure. Parking isn’t great but that is to be expected when you’re staying on the side of a mountain.

So convenient!

This was a cozy little cabin very close to RMNP. Easy booking and check-in. There was a problem with one of the lamps, and we got very prompt service from management.

It was a very nice room. About the size of a standard hotel room that has a sofa area. It included a microwave, mini-fridge and plenty of disposable cups, plates etc. Also, a real fireplace. Unfortunately, the second night, we returned to the room to find that it smelled like smoke. More like burning paper than a wood-burning fireplace. It wasn’t coming from the fireplace. The heat wasn’t on. We couldn’t get phone reception but had my friend’s husband call the off-hours number. A maintenance guy came in, said that all the units smelled that way, even when we explained that it hadn’t the day before or that morning. No idea what caused it but both our eyes were stinging so we opened the windows. We left early and I told the person who answered the phone to have management call me but no one did.So for a review? I’d give the place a 5 if not for the smoky room. Customer service gets a 2.

We enjoyed our stay in Estes Park. We stayed Sun-Tues and hardly anyone around so it was nice and quiet at the property. Bed was big and comfortable.

Wonderful stay

Very quaint adequate rooms. Great location. Smooth process all the way through. If i had to put a negative it would probably have to be they are located on a curve and getting in and out was a little stressful but not terribly bad.

Great trip

I rented a room at Sunnyside knoll for 3 days while I was in town for a no sleep podcast event and my room was adorable, cozy, the tub is huge, the area is beautiful and it's located 1 mile from downtown. It was an amazing stay in an excellent location
