BED & BATH

This vacation rental accommodates 12 guests in four suites – each equipped with a smart TV.

Sleep soundly in the ocean-view primary suite, complete with a king bed, smart TV, desk, and an en-suite bathroom with a double vanity, jetted soaking tub, and walk-in shower.

Comfort awaits in the second and third suites, one featuring two queen beds and one with a king and queen bed. Each have an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

The fourth suite offers a king bed, while the en-suite bathroom holds a tub/shower combination.

Parking for two cars, with one designated space in the carport and a second space behind that in the driveway. Additional parking may be available nearby on the street or by the tennis courts on a first-come, first-served basis.

For a day of pampering, visit the on-site Sand & Sea Day Spa. Head out to explore the culture and cuisine in Isle of Palms, Sullivan’s Island, Mountain Pleasant, and downtown Charleston.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Dock details: The freshwater fishing dock is located at the corner of Lagoon Road and Back Bay Drive.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
