Melissa e toda a familia foram muito educados, comunicativos e respeitaram todas as regras da casa. A comunicação foi fácil e clara desde o início, e deixou o espaço limpo e organizado ao sair. Seria um prazer recebê-los novamente. Recomendo a outros anfitriões sem hesitação!

Ein absoluter Reinfall Dreck und Gestank im ganzen Haus nie wieder

Wir sind dort von dem Dreck und Gestank krank geworden und mussten damit sich der Gesundheitszustand von der ganzen Familie nicht noch verschlechtert vorzeitig in ein Hotel umziehen. Wir fordern den gesamten Betrag der von uns für dieses Haus bezahlt wurde zurück.

Diese Bewertung ist eine absolute Frechheit, da sich die Gäste nicht ein einziges mal bei uns beschwert haben. Die Besitzer des Hauses waren vor Ort und hätten jederzeit eine zusätzliche Reinigung des Hauses vornehmen können. Dazu ein Auszug aus unseren AGBen: 11) Mängel an den Unterkünften Unsere Kunden sind dazu verpflichtet, die Hausbesitzer oder die betreffende Kontaktperson sofort über eventuelle Mängel an ihrer Unterkunft zu informieren, so daß diese rechtzeitig beseitigt werden können. Können die Mängel nicht beseitigt werden und sind sie so erheblich, daß ein weiterer Aufenthalt nicht zumutbar ist, wird sich unsere Kontaktperson bemühen, vor Ort ein in Ausstattung und Lage gleichwertiges Objekt zur Verfügung zu stellen. Unterläßt es der Reisende schuldhaft, einen Mangel vor Ort anzuzeigen, kann keine Minderung des Mietpreises geltend gemacht werden.

Séjour agréable mais descriptif erroné. Accès aux plages uniquement avec véhicule et a 6km minimum. Cours donnant accès un autre logement dans la même maison. Mobilier et électroménager vieux,lits inconfortables, écran TV de 30cm a peine, couverts inappropriés, machine a café révolue....c'est une vieille maison spacieuse et propre dont le confort est a améliorer.commerces a 50m
