Didnt spend a lot of time in the room, but TV wouldn't connect at all. Limited clean cooking pans. Actually, went and bought pan from Walmart. Working on sprinkler system during our stay. Messy Toilets didnt flush very well.

The best part of the place was the location. The beach was just a short walk away and it was in a gated area. We felt very safe. Downfalls - the back deck area was not very impressive and the pictures make you think there is a hot tub by the pool but there isn’t one. What you see in the pictures is a baby pool. We would definitely stay here again!!

Thank you for the 5-star review! Glad the location and gated community made you feel safe and that the beach was an easy walk. Sorry the back deck didn’t meet expectations and for any confusion from the photos about a hot tub — that is a baby pool next to the main pool. We’ll pass your feedback to our team to improve the listing. Happy to hear you’d stay with us again and we hope to welcome you back to RealJoy Vacations.

Place was in a great location and proximity to town and all the attractions. The property was clean and beds were comfortable. Nice to have parking right in front of the unit, and overall a nice, quiet area. My feedback on the unit is the master bathroom shower pressure wasn’t great, and the pictures made the unit look nicer than it was. The property doesn’t have direct access to the beach, but is a very short walk to the beach All around the property was nice for my family and fur babies for the week.

Great location with a private beach, just a few steps to the beach. Plenty of room for our family. It accommodated 6 adults and 3 kids. It was nice that they even had some beach toys and props for the kids to enjoy.

Great location

This is a great place to stay with kids and a dog. The complex has many places to walk your dog, the storage room was packed with beach items, and it takes seconds to be on the beach. We played tennis, swam in the pools, and cooked out! The kitchen is well stocked with sharp knives and a good egg pan! Musts for us.
