The house is large with lots of room. With the doc right off the back porch, and so close to fast water in the Delta made it a perfect location for the boat and skis. The amenities like the pool and hot tub really added luxury to our stay.

Best house on the Delta

Best location on the delta, fantastic pool and hot tub. The dock was perfect for three boats . A couple of the bedrooms need the carpet replaced because of dog urine .But we love the place and will stay there again thanks so much. 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

We had an awesome time! Days of fun. Relaxing in the great room, fishing off the dock (yes we caught some), docking our boat at the dock which was seconds from fast water (a very nice plus), swimming in the amazing pool.. Grandkids loved it. wow.

We enjoyed our stay. The interior of the large home was clean and very comfortable. The pool was delightful. The exterior had many spider webs. Clearly the windows, eves, and outdoor furniture has not been cleaned in a while. No debris; just lots of spider webs.

This is the 2nd time staying at this discovery bay home! Just keeps getting better! Before and after our boat rides the pool is the place to be! There is plenty of chairs, shade and space!!!! It was such a blast for all of us! The beach across the water is another favorite place for the kids to find their shells. The home is so spacious, clean, comfortable and our favorite home in ALL of the homes we rented in discovery bay. We had a couple questions and they responded immediately. We definitely want to make this our yearly vacation home as long as they will have us. This is definitely our Family Favorite!!!

Location was super. Deck and dock were fabulous. Some of the appliances and stuff was a bit dated but overall still usable. The property manager was there to greet us and extremely helpful with giving us ideas of things around. We weren't able to walk through the front when we first arrive because she was sweeping the upstairs bedroom balcony and all the dust was coming down the front door area which is very dusty so it made it seem like it wasn't clean for a while. But overall, it was still a nice and fun stay and we had ton of fun!

Treasure of a home

This home was absolutely lovely! It had the perfect balance between peacefully calm and its exuberant display. It was definitely perfect for entertaining a big group, with all the different sitting areas, quaintly placed all over the property inside and out - but yet gave way to relaxing quiet time alone in several cozy areas, on a variety of different comfortable furniture. This home’s location takes first place over most properties, when it comes to getting out on the fast water- literally about half a minute (if that) boat ride to it. And the dock space… incredibly spacious. Up to 6 additional boats (aside from owner’s boat) can comfortably be docked to it. Property management (Alina) is above and beyond with greeting and welcoming you. She was so helpful and provided a plethora of fun information like dining, farmer’s market and areas to explore. She was quick to respond too, whenever we needed to inquire about something. With all that was provided in this home, bbq and cooking in the kitchen was almost like cooking at home - all the essentials were easily found in the cabinets or drawers. One will not feel crowded in this home, even with a big group. The kitchen alone, was quite spacious with sufficient counter space, and steroidal amount of cabinets and drawers. And then there’s the bar area, again spacious with as much room as commercial bars, with plenty of comfortable seating all along it. This bar area has a full-size refrigerator, in addition to the one in the kitchen. One would be so fortunate to be able to experience the luxuries of this home.

Exceeded high expectations

Having never heard of Discovery Bay, it was a revelation one could be so close to the Bay Area, enjoy great weather and a beautiful waterfront setting with extraordinary outside spaces. With four friends, we were able to cook, hang out and relax. Swimming in the pool or the water channels was also great. For those with boats, even better. I rent out properties through VRBO and use many myself around the world. I heartily recommend this house and owner!

Lido Bay is one of the most desirable areas in Discovery Bay, especially if you want true waterfront living without the noise and chaos that comes with some of the busier channels. We loved the neighborhood's quiet, friendly feel right away. Our neighbors have been nothing but kind and welcoming, and the whole area has a relaxed, easy rhythm that makes it perfect for families. With instant access to fast water, beautiful morning sun, and wide-open views, it’s the best of everything we love about the Delta.
