The house, apartment, and location was amazing for us as we rented this for a fishing trip and kept are boat at nearby marina. pool was awesome after hot days in the ocean. Will rent again if ever return to WPB.

The 1926 Med House was clean and comfortable and spacious.It was close to everything - Supermarkets & Liquor Stores, the Ocean and many Dining options.Our host was incredibly responsive and accommodating.We loved the pool and hot tub and the privacy of a gated property.We were a group of 11 and had 18 for a cookout on Sunday.Definitely #1 on our list if we have a large group staying in the area again.

Great Florida Lodging.

Great place to gather for family and friends for a local wedding. Linens were a little sparse but Chad was extremely responsive and addressed any issues brought to his attention. Beds were comfortable and I personally loved the apartment above the garage.

Great Secluded Property!

Even though it was in the middle of town, the property was safe, secluded and had a very cool historical vibe. The pool and hot tube were amazing and the family had fun playing pool. The kitchen was modern and updated and had everything we needed. I would definitely stay again.

Great location for beaches and Spring Training. Beautiful historic home, lovely outdoor areas, and cozy interiors. Chad is a very considerate, responsive host.

Beautiful home! Short distance to Riviera Beach

It was perfect for us. We married on Riviera beach, just a short drive from the home. There was enough room for our parents, adult and young children. Clean, spacious, beautiful pool, game room and two washer/dryer sets. Highly recommend!

Mediterranean house review

The hosts showed us around the property and told us about the history when we checked in. It was super well stocked with very thoughtful supplies and toiletries. We loved the pool and hot tub. It was nice to have the separate apartment too.

Daughter‘s wedding weekend

We had a wonderful stay in your home over the weekend! We loved the historic feel of the home and it’s proximity to our wedding venue. We found a wonderful restaurant called the Pelican Café within walking distance and had an amazing dinner the first night we arrived. Our host,Cezar, was very responsive and even provided drinks and snacks for us!

Wonderful Family Vacation

This was the best VRBO I have ever stayed. It was so roomy, with a pool, jacuzzi and game room with pool table. The house was so well stocked, even with snacks, drinks, suntan lotion and many other essentials. Can’t wait to go back there. Was also very conveniently located to the beach, fishing pier and Cardinal spring training. Owner was super to work with! Highly recommend this home!

We were a party of 12 and had a wonderful time. The home is beautiful and we can see the efforts to keep it in the 1926 period.- The pool was by far the highlight of the vacation. Clean and well maintained.- We made use of the laundry facilities multiple times. There are 2 large washers and 2 large dryers in perfect working condition. The air conditioner in the laundry room was a nice touch.- Kitchen facilities and appliances were all put to use by our party. Everything was in good working order. The refrigerator ice-maker was able to keep up with our demands.- We LOVE our air conditioning. The HVAC in this home (both buildings) was able to meet our demands nicely.We had a couple questions when we initially checked in and received prompt reply addressing everything. We were very impressed with this vacation home and we are certainly going to check availability at this rental next time we are in the area.

Nice place. Heat did not work in the apartment even after we communicated to the owner after the first night. Also, the hot tub was not working the first night but was fixed on our second day. Location is a bit sketchy but the house has locked gate. Communication with the property manager was good during the stay but he ghosted me afterwards while trying to find a resolution to the apartment and hot tub heater.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful property! The architecture and interior design are just as elegant as the photos online; every guest in our group remarked on the classic style and overall comfort of the home.One of the highlights was the sleeping arrangements. The beds were lovely—hitting that rare "Goldilocks" balance of being neither too hard nor too soft, which is so hard to find in a rental.The home is perfectly equipped for large gatherings. Our group of eight, along with several local relatives who joined us, found the appliances and space well-suited for hosting. We also really appreciated the air conditioning, which was so excellent and well-regulated that we never felt the need to adjust it once.My wife and I stayed in the detached apartment, which was the perfect solution for a couple looking for a bit of solitude amidst the group energy. Outside, the pool was crystal clean and warmed to perfection, making it a favorite hangout spot.Finally, a huge thank you to our host, who accommodated our few needs rapidly and with genuine good cheer.Minor Suggestion: The only small recommendation I’d make is to stabilize the entrance keypad, as it felt a little loose during use.Overall, a wonderful experience. We would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay here. We had the beauty of a historical home and all the functionality of a new home. The hosts were nice and very responsive when we had questions. They had given us ample information at check in and we really felt like we had privacy during our stay. The courtyard, pool, large kitchen/dinning areas, pool table, and guest house accommodated all the needs we had. The premises were clean and AC was good. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay in your home. We would recommend this property to friends and families. We had 3 in the guest house and 7 in the main. Worked perfectly.

Gem of a property

Great house with placenta of space, excellent pool and spa. This rental was perfect for us being halfway between Jupiter (where we had a wedding to attend) and PBI airport. Not the greatest neighborhood but the property is full fenced in and we never felt unsafe. Chad met us upon arrival and showed us around giving us a history of the house as well. Plenty of toiletries, coffee, paper products and the like. Nice place, would recommend.

Great location, beautiful home

We stayed here with extended family for a family wedding in Jupiter. There was plenty of room for everyone and we all felt very comfortable in this home. We were so happy with it that we extended our stay by 5 nights. Chad was wonderful to work with and was always prompt in responding to our inquiries. We are so grateful he let us extend our time as our home had no water or power due to a hurricane. The home is gated and feels safe and private. We enjoyed the pool table and the pool area of the house. Everything we could have needed or wanted was in the home for us - toiletries, paper towels, napkins, Tupperware, ziploc bags, coffee, laundry detergent, dish soap, yummy snacks, paper, pencils, pool toys, games, books, and so much more. Amazing hosts, they have thought of everything. The location is a perfect spot between plenty of things to do in West Palm and Jupiter. An easy 5 minute drive to Singer Island. We really enjoyed the beach at John MacArthur State Park, just 10 minutes away. It's a very quiet and beautiful beach. There are plenty of grocery stores, convenience stores, and restaurants just a few minutes away from the house. I can't recommend this house enough. We would love to return here in the future. Overall amazing experience here.
