Also a walk here through the beautiful neighborhood of the house is worthwhile. The Paradise Marina is a nearby marina right on the Caloosahatchee River, less than 5 minutes by car. Near Villa Flamingo Bay you will find all shopping options for your daily needs. The large painting and shopping centers are not far away by car, so you can reach Edison Mal by car in about 15 minutes. Restaurants of all kinds are also less than 10 minutes away in Cape Coral or Fort Myers Downtown. Of course, the terrace of the house for a nice evening BBQ offers and one of the spectacular sunsets of Florida will remind you for a long time on this wonderful holiday in the Villa Flamingo Bay.

The layout of the Villa Flamingo Bay is very generous. Adjacent to the large living room you will find on the left side the dining room, the kitchen with breakfast bar and the breakfast area. The master bedroom on the left side of the house has direct access to the pool terrace. The master bedroom has a directly attached spacious bathroom with walk-in shower and bath. On the right side of the house are the two guest rooms. The two guest rooms share a bathroom which also has access to the pool area at the same time. The spacious pool terrace offers plenty of space for extended sunbathing and from the boat dock you can keep the fishing rod in the water. The garden is beautiful and tropical.
