“We were unable to stay at this property due to a complete lack of communication from the owner. Despite multiple attempts to reach out, we never received the necessary access details for check-in. With no response from the host, we had no choice but to contact Vrbo for assistance. Unfortunately, they were also unable to reach the owner. As a result, we had to make alternative arrangements. Clear and timely communication is essential, and we were disappointed by the lack of response.”
