Luxurious villa with pool, in the best residential area.

Our Latania Palms villa was completed in May 2012 and has since been ready for our guests to spend a pleasant vacation with tropical flair in the Sunshine State of Florida.

The south-facing villa is located in the southwest of Cape Coral in one of the most beautiful residential areas, near Cape Harbor and Tarpon Point Marina. Shops are within walking distance. In addition to 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, you have a spacious living area with high-quality furniture and a fully equipped kitchen. The entrance area, the living area and the kitchen are built in an airy 'cathedral ceiling' style. Relax on the large sun terrace with a large, heated pool. Cape Coral is an ideal starting point for golfers and water sports enthusiasts. You can also find tennis courts in the area. All of the theme parks in Southwest Florida are easily accessible.

The fully air-conditioned villa has a large pool area and a 8.50 x 4.30m heated pool to relax in. The high-quality kitchen is equipped with all appliances such as a dishwasher, ceramic stove with oven, microwave, fridge-freezer combination with ice maker, coffee machine and all the necessary accessories so that nothing is left to be desired for you and your family. The villa has been lovingly decorated by us so that you can feel at home.

A gas grill is provided for nice barbecue evenings by the pool. The entire pool cage was planted with palm trees to provide privacy.

In addition to 2 dining areas, there is a large living room with 60" smart TV.

For sweet dreams there is a bedroom with a king-size bed (master bedroom) with an adjoining master bathroom with walk-in shower and walk-in closet, a guest room with a king-size bed and a guest room with a queen-size bed -Bed ready. In the guest area there is a private guest bathroom with walk-in shower and exit to the pool.
There is a 32' TV in the master bedroom and one guest room.

The grill must be cleaned by the tenant, otherwise USD 50.00 (or € 45.00) will be withheld from the deposit.

The daily flat rate includes electricity consumption of USD 5.00; for additional consumption we charge USD 0.18 / kwh

LOVE THIS PLACE!

Wonderful House

Perfect for a relaxing stay in Cape Coral

Very nice villa in good location. You can see that the owners put a or of effort into it and also low to stay here. The location is very good too. In a very quiet neighborhood with close to zero traffic but still only a max 5 min walk to the next supermarket. We would always book again.

Very enjoyable stay

The house is lovely and in a beautiful neighborhood. Very close to shops and restaurants. Would definitely recommend this property. For a six week stay we ran over the electricity allowance by about $75 but heated the pool and did laundry. One note, pillows are extremely soft so you may think about bringing your own if you prefer more support.

My Third Stay

I LOVE staying at this house! It’s truly a hidden gem in Cape Coral. I tell everyone I can about this place, although I need to be careful so I can still find open times to stay! The house is well kept. The property manager, Charlie is great. Seriously, it’s my happy place!

Thanksgiving Getaway

Very nice property. The interior of the house was beautiful and clean. The pool deck could have been a little cleaner. Safe neighborhood and within walking distance of the Publix and a few fast food restaurants. This was our first VRBO rental and would not hesitate to stay here again.

Just the two of us

The house was perfect for us we wanted a place to hang out that was clean and comfortable but also situated where we could go out and move around the Cape Coral ft Meyers area. Chris the caretaker was excellent, courteous and answered all our questions about the area….also two blocks away from a food market within walking distance. Very happy with our rental highly recommend!!

Fabulous Home Away From Home

Just as wonderful home as the beautiful weather in south Florida. Our first stay but not the last! Property and residence extremely well maintained and accommodating for a very relaxing comfortable vacation for us. 3 days in, we booked our next year reservations. Well appointed, very nice home in Cape Coral.

Well appointed, clean, comfortable home that is close to restaurants and shopping area. Very nice, large pool with lanai where you can sit and relax. Well stocked kitchen; comfortable beds. Chris, the property manager was very nice and responsive as are the owners. House is just as described and pictured. A bonus was seeing the Burrowing Owls on walks around the neighborhood!

Great location and a superb villa!

Our family had a wonderfull stay at the villa with private pool! Everyday we took a dip into the pool and the villa itself is mindblowing. Everything you need is available and also the contact with the owner was very pleasant. Last but not least we want to mention Charlie, he is responsable for the checkin / checkout and al your questions at location. He is a very nice guy and will help you with all your needs!

Felt right at home

This property is clean and comfortable. I wasn’t sure about the bedding at first but turns out I love it! The kitchen has just about everything you need. The neighborhood is nice and close to a grocery store, gas station and eating places. The lanai and pool are very private. The property manager and owners are easy to work with and very nice. I would definitely stay here again!

This property was everything we could ask for. Check in with Charlie was great. We had one issue with a toilet and he had it fixed right away. Store and food within walking distance. Peaceful neighborhood too. If and when we ever return to Cape Coral we will look to stay at this house again for sure!!!

Great place to stay!!

This property is clean and comfy. It is exactly as described and better! Communication with owner was clear and friendly. The area feels safe and near to restaurants, grocery and shopping. Chris the manager was easy to work with. Our one complaint was the pool was just too cold to swim in. Although Chris put it at 85 degrees the second day of our two week stay, it never got above 78 degrees, and that was on day 13. Very disappointed in that. Everything else was wonderful!
