My husband and I were looking for a nice and quiet get away for a long weekend and this was the perfect location. We enjoyed sitting in the private gazebo, watching others ski and tube on the lake. The house was nice and private but close to everything we wanted to see and do. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Great location & stay

We had a great stay, and would happily stay again! Great location on Maple Lake. We appreciated the hot cocoa and the detailed check-in instructions, and loved the cozy electric fireplace!

Loved the land and the home feeling. We were nervouse to cook on a carpeted kitchen but did it. The town of Paw Paw was quaint. Everything was clean and organized and directions for everything. Thank you, we will try to come back when the weather ia warner.

We had a lovely stay. Our goal was quiet relaxation with a few afternoon day trips. We enjoyed the nearby wineries, lakes and museums. Goal achieved. The cottage met all our needs and was a relaxing respite between activities.

Nice stay

We had a nice time at the property. It was right by the lake and walking distance to lakeside parks which was really cool. We only stayed one night but would go back again to enjoy the kayaks!

Great little spot on the lake!

Donna and Dave were gracious hosts and the cabin was outfitted with everything you need...even little extras. The lake views were great and it the proximity to restaurants and my family was excellent. Would definately stay again!

Super clean, cute cottage right on the lake. Close to town, great restaurants and amenities. The hosts were great and respectful and responded immediately when we had questions. They have everything, should you forget something. Highly recommend!

Very cozy cabin in a cute small town with a beautiful view of the lake. Super simple checking in and out. Nice kitchen setup that we enjoyed using (but no dishwasher). We hung out in the gazebo, sat by the fire pit, and had a nice, quiet weekend. Highly recommend!

Perfect Location to Relax!

We loved our stay on Maple Lake ~ it was beyond relaxing, the location being right on the Lake was perfect and we spent many hours fishing, reading, enjoying a glass of wine in the gazebo, kayaking and enjoying the sunsets! Our host, Dona, was warm, welcoming and really fun to talk to and made our stay that much more special! Thank you Dona and David for such a great stay!

Perfect getaway in Paw Paw! We have family in the area and were in town for a visit with our two small children. We wanted something quiet, peaceful, and private on the lake. This was it! David and Dona were perfect and super accommodating. We all had a blast.

Cozy little lakeside cottage

Really, a photo of this place could be next to the dictionary definition of “cozy.” We had a great visit and it’s in a delightful location. Clean, well stocked, easy to get in and out of. Very quiet and peaceful at night. We will be back!
