Right in beautiful Harwich, our 5 bedroom 3 bathroom home is your home away from home with updated kitchen, large master bedroom , new master bath with rain shower and a large custom master closet. The home also offers 2 additional bedrooms on main floor with full bathrooms as well as a bonus private office for those who need to work while on vacation. As well as 2 additional bedrooms for your family and friends on lower level finished basement with full bathrooms. The home features a large open floor plan Livingroom/kitchen area with a bonus sitting room in the finished walk out basement. The property sits on a large private yard , and above ground out door pool, adults please supervise children. There are 2 kayaks & a basketball hoop on property for your enjoyment (please bring your own basketball). The exterior of home is monitored by Ring alarm.
The property is centrally located to bike paths, cranberry bogs, ponds and beaches as well as shopping.

* Garage and shed on property not included in rental

* Liability for pool, supervision is the responsibility of the primary renter at time of booking. Please monitor your own guest. There is some life jackets if needed, please bring your own swimming supplies if needed.

The property was perfect for our family. The downstairs was so beneficial and the kitchen was large. Everything about our stay was easy and convenient. My family and I would stay here again and definitely recommend Tiffany and her property.

Loved this HUGE home!

So much space for my family to spread out and have their own areas. Having a pool was a rare find in the Cape and my kids loved having that option! Would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful house and great location

We had a great time staying at this property. The house was the nicest one we’ve stayed at on the Cape, the location is perfect - close to the beach, shopping, nice restaurants, and a local park for kids. The owner’s communication was great as well. Highly recommend!

Family Getaway

We enjoyed our stay. The home was spacious and very clean with many amenities including an above ground pool (unheated). The host was easy to communicate with and checkin went smoothly. Would consider staying there again.

Harwich Vacation

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Plenty of bedrooms and parking for family. All enjoyed the pool after a day at the beach. Owners answered questions quickly. Worked out great

Great to be back on the Cape

This was our first time back to the Cape after COVID. As usual we had a great time and were able to come back to the relaxation and space of the rental. The host was wonderful and accommodating of our requests. She communicated well and we would love to be able to enjoy the pool next time. The weather was not helpful with that but overall, we had a great time/ trip.

Great home. Great location. Very clean. Very comfortable beds. TVs everywhere. Only minor inconvenience was waiting for individual a/c units to cool house. Would definitely stay here again.

Family Vacation 2024

Our family has made a group annual trip to the Cape since I was a baby 34 years ago. Love that I now get to bring my children and make these memories. This home had plenty of space for all of us. The house was clean, and the beds and TVs are huge! The pool is such an added bonus for the kids! Nice private back yard. This was our second time at the house and would love to stay here again!

Large and Centrally Located

The house is very large with the basement effectively its own space. The updates throughout the house are very modern. The location was ideal for us with quick and easy access to most places we go while visiting. The pool we definitely nice to have. The owner was easy to communicate with.

Beautiful, spacious home and property.

This property was excellent. Plenty of bedrooms and baths for my wife and I, our two sons with their wives and our 4 grandchildren. Great location to the beaches, restaurants and shops. All of us, especially the grandchildren, enjoyed the pool each day. The property was very clean and spacious. Tiffany was excellent in her communication throughout the whole process, and very timely in her responses to my questions. I would highly recommended this property!

Lovely Cape Cod Home In Harwich

Our stay was as hoped. The house was well outfitted as advertised, and very clean and up to date. Plenty of parking, and a big back yard to play cornhole and frisbee. The salt water pool was great to hang out in, and so easy to get to a number of beaches. Easy access to restaurants and shops. The host could not have been any nicer and accessible. I would highly recommend to anyone considering renting.

Definitely worth it!

Loved this home! It was updated, clean and had plenty of room with the open concert floor plan. The beds were so comfortable!! The host responded very timely to any questions I had. We were on the Cape for a family wedding at the Wequasset and several families all rented homes in and around Chatham and Harwich. Ours was definitely the best one! I would recommend this home without reservation.

Exceeded expectations!

Beautiful home, pictures don’t do it justice! The rooms were bigger and it had more gathering spaces the we expected. The pool was wonderful and enjoyed every day. Very close to the beaches and walking distance to pond and to walk/ bike path. The house layout was perfect for families with multiple age groups . The owners were great and responsive to all our needs. We would definitely go back again. Thank you Miranda’s for making our family’s special occasion perfect!

Back to the Cape 2024

We really looked forward to our vacation at the Cape as our children and grand children grew up vacationing there. We had not been back in 6 years. We really enjoyed the spacious back yard and the pool was refreshing after a warm day sitting on the beach. The accommodations were adequate for a multigenerational family. The only drawback was the rental was for 12 people. The dining room table was large but had only 4 chairs and a bench for 2, plus 2 bar stools. There were no other chairs in the home. There was an outdoor table with 4 outdoor chairs but that does not make for a great family dining experience. The only other drawback was the fact that the amenities stated that toilet paper and soap were supplied. The toilet paper was not adequate for 12 people for a week and neither was the soap. We were told by the owner that we would be responsible for anything over what they left. We have rented through VERBO before and if the amenities stated something was supplied we received an adequate amount for our length of stay. All in all everyone enjoyed our home away from home at the Cape.
