This luxurious 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath condo features vaulted ceilings, Smart TVs in each bedroom to catch the latest golf tournament, and everything you could need for your home away from home. The primary bedroom features a high-quality King-size bed, a large walk-in closet, reading nook, and a private patio door access where you can sip your morning coffee. The primary bathroom features a soaking tub, double vanities, walk-in shower, and a separate toilet room. The walk-in closet is so large that we put a cozy desk and chair to be able to work quietly away from the other guests.

The two additional guest rooms both feature ensuite bathrooms, vaulted ceilings, comfy Queen-size beds for a restful night’s sleep, and plenty of room for all your belongings. The condo is fully equipped with fresh, soft bedding, towels, and WiFi access.

In the hallway you will find a powder room for your guests to use.

Enjoy your favorite meal in the gourmet kitchen that is fully stocked with dishes and plenty of small cooking tools you could need to host a fantastic meal in the dining room. Or gather around the gorgeous porcelain counter tops with barstool seating and watch the golfers tee off from the large kitchen windows. Barbecue or eat al fresco on the large patio equipped with an outdoor dining table and seating area for you to take in the mountain views and sunsets.

If you’re up for a short drive, you are near several excellent dining options like our Favorite’s (Armondo’s Bar and Grill or Kitchen 86), phenomenal shopping on El Paseo Drive “The Rodeo Drive of the Desert”, The McCallum Theater, Joshua Tree along with other breathtaking mountain hiking trails & The Living Desert Zoo, and nearby museums and casinos.

Other things to note:
This condo is our home, and we know you will love it as much as we do. We ask that anyone that considers renting our property to please know we have neighbors that we love and adore that live here full time. We will not tolerate parties or events thrown at our house. All guests are expected to uphold our rules and the city’s Good Neighbor laws and ordinances.

We ask that guests whose stay includes Sunday evening agree to place bins at the curb Sunday evening & bring the bins in on Monday a.m. to avoid a fee.

You will be responsible for any damage or excessive cleaning costs caused by you or your guest during your stay. Guests must respect HOA guidelines & are responsible for any fees acquired during their stay.
