We were in town to visit my dad, who at 93 can’t host us at his house anymore. This house was perfect for us - my husband and I, my daughter, son in law, and their 1-year-old. The home had enough space for all of us, the location was excellent, comfortable mattress in the main bedroom, and we had everything we needed. We were able to find some hiking trails close by and the baby loved the playground in Monument. Would stay there again.
We stayed at rmthis gorgeous mountain view property for my sons birthday. Very close proximity to all your needs and most attractions. Will book in the future.
The property was great - lots of space for 4 people, beautiful views off the balcony, all the supplies we could need, and a very communicative host! The home has been flipped which made it visually pretty - a few projects yet to finish/touch up, but none that impeded our stay! I would stay there again
First impression was made in viewing the 2-foot tall grass in the front and back yards. The house was hot and air conditioning inadequate. Two of the 3 fans provided worked: we had to buy 2 more fans to make the home comfortable. At least one of the lamps did not work. We were told that towels were rolled up on each bed, but the towels were damp because they had not been dried completely. The deck was useless with no chairs and no shade. The worst came when we stripped the beds at the end of our stay to find a blood stain on one on the mattress covers. This home seems far beneath VRBO quality.
We rented for 7 people as the listing says but theres only beds for 6 so one of us had to sleep on the couch which theres not even bedding for the ac is just 2 window units and they couldn't keep the house cool

Wasn’t all bad but needed some minor repairs a snow shovel handy would have been nice the tv was not working and had to wait four days to get someone to come get it back online no real directions in writing anywhere a garage was great no wood for fireplace or directions either overall good but I have stayed at much better for the same price or less
House was clean and pretty well stocked. House is a tri-level and had 2 sets of stairs-just FYI for older guests or guests with children. The living room is in need of more furniture as a small couch and 2 chairs is not enough if you have more than 4 people. Also the bathroom with a tub needs a non slip mat or strips in the tub as one of our guests almost fell in the shower twice. House is nicely located in central historic Monument and has great views of the mountains
Great property with everything we needed. Super clean, comfortable, and an excellent value! The neighborhood is near the train tracks but we never heard them loud enough in the house to be disturbed. Host was very helpful and communicative when we had questions. Would definitely stay here again next time we’re back in the area!
