Ambiente an der Elbe, Wohnung OG

Comfortable vacation apartment on the 1st floor of the vacation home Ambiente on the Elbe, located directly on the Elbe and Elbe cycle path with a view of the Elbe and the old town and good connections to the freeway, Dresden's old town and trade fair.

The cozy, modern furnished apartment with balcony to the garden consists of a living room, a bedroom, a kitchen with fitted kitchenette and dining area and a bathroom with shower, tub, sink and toilet. From the living room and bedroom you have an unobstructed view to the Elbe, the Elbe meadows and the old town. (In the living room there is the possibility of an extra bed!).

The property includes a garden that our guests are welcome to use, with one parking space per apartment. Upon request prior to your arrival, we can arrange for you to charge your electric car using a wallbox. There is also a garden shed for storing your bicycles. Our guests are welcome to use the bicycles we provide, which are also stored there.

The house is located directly on the Elbe River and the Elbe Cycle Path.

The district Mickten is located in the northwest of Dresden. The house is located in a quiet residential area, about 3 km from the city center. The direct location on the Elbe and the Elbe cycle path as well as the fantastic and unobstructed view of the Elbe, the Elbe meadows and the old town should be emphasized. In the immediate vicinity there are several restaurants, most of them with beer gardens. A special feature is the Ballhaus Watzke with its original historical ballroom and its inn brewery with beer garden. The nearest S-Bahn stop is about 150 meters away. In the Elbcenter, which is about 5 minutes walk away, and in the shopping center "Straßenbahnhof Mickten" you have all shopping possibilities (e.g. supermarket, baker, butcher, pharmacy).

Die feste Matratze hat uns nicht gestört ! Der Ausblick aus dem Schlaf - und Wohnzimmer war einfach herrlich. Kommen gerne mal wieder !

Da hatte man keine Lust mehr zu Kochen. Schade, denn die Wohnung hat eine tolle Lage und einen super Blick auf die Elbe.

Wir, als Vermieter, sind natürlich dankbar für solche Anmerkungen. Das Geruchsproblem in der Küche während Ihres Aufenthalts war uns nicht bekannt. Eine jetzt stattgefundenen Überprüfung des Abflusses hat nichts ergeben. Vielleicht wurde die Küche ja tatsächlich für eine unsachgemäße Mülllagerung genutzt, was uns leid tut.

Es war ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt! Direkt an der Elbe gelegen .... Straßenbahnhaltestelle zur Innenstadt in 3-5min fußläufig. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ebenfalls in 5 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Klitzekleiner Minuspunkt für die wirklich harte Matratze! Tipp: ein Topper könnte Abhilfe schaffen.

Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr positiv überrascht. Sehr sauber. Der Blick auf die Elbe ist unbezahlbar. Gastronomie und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft. Das Einzige was wir zu bemängeln hatten, war, dass es nicht ausreichend Gläser gab. Nur ein Sektglas. Bei zwei Personen ein wenig blöd. Keine größeren Limo.-/Longdrinkgläser. Wenn man Raucher ist, wäre ein Schirm auf dem Balkon zu begrüßen. Aber alles im allem eine hervorragende Unterkunft!!!!!

Schöne Wohnung leider etwas abgewohnt. Wände waren teilweise an den nähten nachgestrichen. Die Wohnung hatte trotz lüften einen komischen Geruch. Ein Matratzen waren viel zu hart. Wir sind jeden Morgen mit Schmerzen aufgewacht. Küche ist super ausgestattet und das Badezimmer ist riesig. Man hat eine schöne Dusche und eine Badewanne. Die Straßenbahn ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Mit dem Auto sollte man nicht in die Stadt fahren! Vermieter sind mega nett. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt
