We had a fabulous week in this townhome which was perfect for us in every way. Exactly as described and fit us (retired siblings/spouses) perfectly during our trip to visit our Civano brother. Having a place of our own put no stress on our Civano brother/wife which made our week-long visit even better for all. Andy and Shelly are wonderful hosts and made sure we had everything we needed. We've rented from them before and hope to do so again. Thank you.
The place was really nice and had everything we needed. Having an urban planning background, I thought the design of the neighborhood was very inviting. My wife and I wanted to explore and hike in southern Arizona. We were joined by my daughter, who lives in LA. The location on the east side of Tucson was very convenient. During the week that we were there, we hiked in Sabino Canyon, Madera Canyon, Chiricahua National Monument, Organ Pipe National Monument and several times in Saguaro National Park , which was right around the corner. We also explored the Tucson Historic District, the Barrio neighborhood, drove the scenic highway up Mt. Lemmon and visited the Pima Air and Space Museum. We don't sit around very much, but the place was really great to come back to each night. If I'm ever back in Tucson, I would definitely stay there again.
