**PLEASE READ BELOW, FOR GRADUATION 2027 BOOKING!!** TWO BLOCKS FROM HAYWARD FIELD AND UO, PERFECT 5 STAR RATINGS, OUTDOOR PATIO/LOUNGE WITH BBQ

GRADUATION 2027 - we have a 3 night minimum, house will vacate on Friday, June 11 and we require 5 hours to clean. Check in would be Friday evening around 8/9 pm. Saturday to Tuesday booking is highly recommended!

Sleeps 9 - 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms; each floor has two bedrooms/one bath

* A++ location - walk to Hayward Field, bars and restaurants on Agate/19th Street. 2 blocks and less than 5 min walk to Univ of Oregon

* Fully stocked home with 680 count linens, Turkish bath towels, paper goods, condiments/oils, shampoo/toiletries, complimentary local vintners wine

* 600+ mbps Internet system throughout property

* Basement featuring ping pong table and lounge with 75" TV

* Clutter-free home that is NOT a permanent residence. This house is a school-year rental for UofO faculty and Honors College students, void of clothes in closet and annoying family photos!

"THE DUCK HOUSE": This classic, 1930's home in the prestigious University neighborhood of Eugene is a vacation and entertaining delight. Completely modernized, furnished and upgraded in Spring 2022, this 4 bed/2 bath home has a massive kitchen to socialize with stainless steel appliances and marble chef's kitchen. The outdoor lounge with BBQ off the kitchen is perfect to enjoy a fine Oregon wine on a warm summer evening, while the kids enjoy playing on the Duck House's xBox in the front family room with fireplace. A formal dining room connects the family room and kitchen, and if that wasn't enough, there is a massive basement with 75" TV and lounge area, complete with ping-pong table!
