About this property

This fully equipped two bedroom apartment is in the historical district of Le Marais. which is in the very center of Paris. It is close to the Les Halles and Republique metro hub and also close to Arts et Metiers It is located on the 1st noble floor (2nd American ) of a XVII century building without elevator . A full renovation has been completed in 2022.

It consists of an entrance hall with laundry room and storage, living room with fully equipped kitchen, , a bathroom with shower, basin and toilet, a bedroom with a King size bed ( 180 * 200 cm or 72 * 80 inches )and a second bedroom with single bed ( 90*200cm or 36*80 inches) . Each bedroom has its own desk and the king bedroom has a large closet. please note that the single bedroom is en suite to the king bedroom.
All rooms open with large windowns to a charming courtyard.

The apartment comes with free cable TV and high speed internet.

The all-inclusive rental fee covers linens and towels.

The area is very safe and very central, has a wide range of restaurants and supermarkets and is a walking distance to may touristic attractions .

Americans in the Marais, Paris!

We greatly enjoyed the apartment, its location to the metro, boulangerie and numerous cafes/restaurants all within 10-15 min walk from the apartment. Our communication with Olivier before our arrival was easy, he met us at the apartment with some instruction, and we instantly enjoyed the apartment. The bedroom sizes were big by Parisian standards, and there was ample closet space with plenty of hangers with hanging shelves (there were not any dressers to place clothes in). Having access to the washer/dryer was great (although I had to call Olivier to figure out how to operate it, but he responded quickly!) I would say the only 'issue' was the bathroom/shower area. The bathroom could use some shelving on the walls, and the shower itself could use some shelving as it was difficult to move around the shower and had to leave our toiletries on the shower floor. The view over the courtyard was great and quiet, but the neighborhood itself is fairly quiet as well. Overall, this apartment is an excellent choice for value and ease, and we would stay here again if given the chance!

Terrific rental property!

I stayed in this unit 2/18/24-2/25/24 with my two teenagers. The apartment was perfect for our needs. Just the right size for three people. Great central location, quiet and very clean, as advertised. It had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Oliver was very responsive and easy to work with. We would definitely stay here again! Great location. Just a 5-minute walk to the metro station

Loved it!

The location is in a super grey area and is a 5 minute walk to the metro which made it so easy to get around. Olivier was also very responsive and accommodative to us! The apartment itself was very cute, clean and had great amenities. Would highly recommend staying here for your visit to Paris!

C'est bon!

Everything was exactly as presented in the photos. The apartment faces an inner courtyard, so it was very quiet. The water pressure and temperature for the shower was excellent for Europe! Everything was very clean and tidy. The location was perfect for walking almost anywhere in Paris. There are many cafes and shops on the street so it was easy to buy bread, cheese and other groceries right in the same neighborhood. Olivier was very easy to contact and communicated everything to us, as well as walked us through the apartment when we arrived. Overall, it was absolutely lovely, and we highly recommend this for your next stay in Paris!

Cute and perfectly located

Great property for a couple or a couple with one small child (2nd bedroom is a single off the master). Easy to walk to the metro or any sites. It's on a mall one way street, so not too loud. All windows face the inner courtyard, and it's on the 1st (American 2nd floor) up a set of stairs. Quiet, well fitted out and comfortable. Pictures make the living space look a bit bigger, kitchen and living are really one space, but its comfortable. Laundry is great to have, combo washer and dryer, so make sure you understand french/the instructions. It uses heat to dry, not air, so may want to hang things. We would stay there again.
