This location is fantastic! The unit is somewhat dirty and in need of maintenance. the largest issue is that it is owned by a smoker. The cigarette smoke oder has permeated the furniture and draperies. Unless you are a smoker, I would not recommend renting this unit.

Arnaud was very attentive and the place was in working order. Super location right by a Chatelet metro exit and several crowded Marais restaurants. The only thing to consider is the restaurant noise, which lasted well after midnight, but if you're part of the nightlife, then this is place for you.

We didn't cook our meals in the apartment, but used the dishes for a few take-out meals we brought back to the apartment.The apartment is located near major museums and sites, and there is a metro station only steps away from the front door.

The location of the property is the best. A lot of attractions have walking distances and it is easy to access public transportation. Paris public transportation is amazing with accurate schedules.

Outstanding location

We loved how many major sites we could walk to from the apartment, like Notre Dame, Ste-Chapelle and the Louvre. And the Chatelet metro stop is literally right outside the front door and took us everywhere else we wanted to go, with no transfers. The shower left a little something to be desired, but everything else was great, so it was not at a big deal. The owner was incredibly helpful for all questions and responded so quickly for us. My family and I would stay here again, for sure.

Apartment is in a great location! Close to metro stops, restaurants and shops— all right outside the door! Owner was very responsive and helpful with communications, and check-in was super easy. Could get to most sightseeing spots by train or walking 15-30 minutes. Apartment is sizable with living room, table and bedroom. Would definitely book again!

Absolutely Great location in heart of Paris! Our property owner was very responsive to our request and offered to have house keeper come half way through our trip. American travelers, this place is close to many of the big sightseeing spots and excellent food choices are very close. The toilet is a little different than you may expect but you have plenty of room and you are paying for the location! Would stay again!

Arnaud’s apartment in Paris is much larger than we thought. When my kids walked into his place, they both said “WOAH!!”. It’s very cool, and felt like we lived in Paris. The location was amazing and Arnaud helped us to find a delicious place to eat dinner as well.

Amazing Apartment

This is one of the nicest, biggest, fantastic apartments in Paris. VERY central to everything to see and do. It is a home, not a hotel, which made us feel very comfortable and relaxed. In a very lively area too, with plenty of cafes and bars in the area, we cooked our dinners almost every night so we could relax and feel at home, plenty of grocery stores in the area. I will book this apartment again.

The highlights were the location of the apartment as we were right in the thick of everything and could walk to most tourist attractions. There is a metro station right out the apartment door and plenty of shops and restaurants. Our daughters, especially like the bakery across the road for breakfast. It did not bother us, but others should realize that you are in the heart of the action and there are people up and about outdoors all hours of the day and night. If you are super sensitive to noise, this might bother you when trying to sleep at night. Another highlight was that this apartment has many, many, very large windows for natural light and fun people watching. The size of the apartment was also relatively large I think for being in downtown Paris. The hardest thing for us was that the apartment has been smoked in, and smelt deeply of smoke. This was very hard for our entire group, but especially for one who suffers from allergies. There is also a dog who must regularly live in the apartment. For traveling, it would have been better to have fewer knickknacks and items taking up table and counter space however, we believe that the owner lives there normally and rents it out to travellers on occasion, so it is also his home. The owner communicated fairly clearly with us and checking in was quite easy. The sofa bed is a little bit tiny for two, so one of our daughters actually slept on the “leg” of the couch and the other on the sofa bed.
