This is a very nice apartment, in a beautiful old building, renovated, decorated and furnished by an interior designer, with a modern and elegant touch.
It is well positioned in the marsh area 5 minutes from the Seine and Notre Dame Cathedral.
Fully equipped kitchen, refrigerator, washing machine, dryer, microwave, towels, sheets, television, wifi ..., the apartment has two double beds and a wardrobe.
The kitchen is open to the dining area, equipped with an extendable dining table. The bathroom, renovated, has a shower, sink with mirror and a storage unit. This charming apartment is very well furnished in a contemporary spirit: you will find many works, paintings of Parisian artists as well as everything you will need during your stay: modern equipment (Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster ... ), very good bedding both beds and sofa bed. The apartment is quiet, bright and ideally located in the center of Paris.

The apartment was small but overall very nice. We were 3 women exploring Paris and the location couldn't have been more perfect. Lovely restaurants and cafes just outside the building. Close to Notre Dame, Saint Chapelle and the Latin District. The batobus pick up/drop off was very close and convenient. Would definitely recommend. The hosts were very helpful with all our questions.

The apartment was very conveniently located in Le Marais, close to metro and bus lines, shopping and numerous dining options. We felt safe in the neighborhood, and walked at all hours. It is only a few minutes’ walk to the Seine and to Notre Dame. The apartment, while small, made good use of the space. The sleeping spaces were very comfortable, and there was sufficient closet and cupboard space. The air conditioning and fans were welcome during the heatwave. The kitchen was well equipped and had a dishwasher. There is no dining area, but when in Paris who wants to cook?? Coffee pods and sugar were provided for the Nespresso machine, and there is a toaster, kettle and microwave. The washing machine worked well and although there is no dryer, there was a large clothes drying rack. Communication with the owner was excellent and we were met by an associate who let us in and even carried our biggest bag up the stairs for us. The only caution is that there are 46 stairs up a narrow winding stairway and no lift. We only found it difficult when with our luggage, but wanted to mention it as it may not be appropriate for someone with limited mobility. We were very happy with our choice and would definitely recommend this property for a family of 2-4 people.

We really enjoyed the location , perfect for catching center Paris at all hours of the day. i particularly enjoyed running to the Seine early morning and am very appreciative that my family had such a good first visit to Paris.
