This is a very nice apartment, in a beautiful old building, renovated, decorated and furnished by an interior designer, with a modern and elegant touch.
It is well positioned in the marsh area 5 minutes from the Seine and Notre Dame Cathedral.
Fully equipped kitchen, refrigerator, washing machine, dryer, microwave, towels, sheets, television, wifi ..., the apartment has two double beds and a wardrobe.
The kitchen is open to the dining area, equipped with an extendable dining table. The bathroom, renovated, has a shower, sink with mirror and a storage unit. This charming apartment is very well furnished in a contemporary spirit: you will find many works, paintings of Parisian artists as well as everything you will need during your stay: modern equipment (Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster ... ), very good bedding both beds and sofa bed. The apartment is quiet, bright and ideally located in the center of Paris.

Compact apartment on the edge of Le Marais and a short walk from Notre Dame, the Pompidou, the Louvre. Several metro stations within a block or two and lots of bus lines. So many great restaurants close by, just a really nice home base to see Paris. Host communication was great, apartment was accurately described. Will definitely come back!

Property is 100% as advertised in a great location. Quiet location. Loads of shops and restaurants nearby. We were a family of 4 and it was a little on the small side, but perfect for the 3 nights we were there. Mezzanine was great for the kids (ceiling not full height), but the ladder up was steep and narrow. All in all a great stay. Thank you!

The location was perfectly located near tourist attractions, public transportation, restaurants, bakeries and supermarkets. It isn’t ideal if you are doing any real cooking but more than sufficient for small meals. It was perfect for our trip!

The apartment was small but overall very nice. We were 3 women exploring Paris and the location couldn't have been more perfect. Lovely restaurants and cafes just outside the building. Close to Notre Dame, Saint Chapelle and the Latin District. The batobus pick up/drop off was very close and convenient. Would definitely recommend. The hosts were very helpful with all our questions.

Fantastic location. Easy access to metros and some premier sites. As busy as the neighborhood is, the property is quiet at night. Stayed here as a family of four and we had enough room for our week long stay. Host’s description of property is accurate. Have fun.

Great Spot and Very Accommodating Hosts

Awesome location, walking distance to a lot of major attractions. Vincent and Séverine we're fantastic hosts and helped us when we needed, they even helped us secure transportation from the airport.

We enjoyed our time in this unit. It's in a great location, but is very quiet. The beds were comfortable and we appreciated all the amenities. We would definitely stay here again. It's a good option for families.

Great stay - walk out access to the heart of Paris. Pretty tight for family of 4 (2 adults and 2 teens) and its effectively bunk beds King under Double. Would stay again if we return to Paris.
