Our condo was perfect for our getaway. Right on the ocean, great location to town as we could walk to great restaurants and shops. Location allowed us to visit great sites and towns.

This is by far the best location in Cayucos! The condo is steps from the beach, the view is fabulous, you can hear the waves crashing at night. The unit is tastefully decorated with plenty of supplies. The king size bed is comfy. It’s a great unit for 2 people. The town is fun with antique stores and restaurants. It’s our 2nd time at this location and we recommend it.

Just a minor problem when we got to our condo. They do not supply bath soap, shampoo, conditioner and only one roll of TP for a four day stay. If this was disclosed in our contract we would have brought our own. Strange not to supply toiletries!!!! Kitchen area - went to use a few of the pans and they were dirty and greasy. Cleaned them and went on our merry way of cooking! Other than those few issues we had a fantastic time and beautiful weather at beautiful Cayucos Beach. We will definitely stay there again and bring our toiletries!!!!!

The view!!

Had a great time, absolutely beautiful. A very comfortable place, walking distance to just about everything you need. Would have been nice if a beach chair and Beach towels were provided, but it was noted ahead of time so no complaint it would just be helpful. Would definitely recommend a stay here!! W

Host had to make the TV work for us, there were no usable instructions. Now there are. The lock on the screen door is non existent!!! should be fixed asap.Host was very responsive to our needs.

OK for short stays

Very nicely decorated apartment for two people. Washers & dryers are coin operated in the basement - down steep stairs. There are steep stairs to get up to the condo. The patio overlooks the entire bay - lovely!

Beach Paradise

This property was everything they said it was and more. The pictures don’t do the view and its proximity to the beach justice. I could spend an eternity on that deck watching and listening to the ocean. The whole place is fabulously refurbished and we enjoyed every minute of this little gym so much so I almost didn’t want to write a review like this because I’m afraid more people are going to want to rent this, lovely little beach condo!!

Great location and ocean view access and view! Accommodations were great, but lacked cleaning equipment (ie mop, scouring detergent, etc). I’m pretty sure the tile floor hadn’t been scrubbed for a while. I’m not particularly excited about the electric grill! Otherwise it was a great stay. Cayucos is a very welcoming community.

Spectacular views!

My spouse and I loved spending our 34th anniversary at this well appointed Condo! The kitchen is well stocked, although we did not cook a large meal. We cherished creating our very own happy hour on the deck, and soaking in the magic of the central California coast! The bed is super comfortable with nice linens. I love the color blue, so I enjoyed the decor. It was also very clean. My husband did not like the locking mechanism on the front door, I did not like the weak water pressure in the shower. There was no extra toilet paper, but I had brought my own. I believe this was an oversight. Very minor things that would not prevent us from booking this same exact condo again. Booking on VRBO and communication with the management team was great. My husband keeps on asking me when we are going back. It was the first time we have stayed in Cayucos. We may have gotten hooked!

The instructions for checking in and out was easy. The condo was clean and lovely. We enjoyed the view from the deck while we had coffee in the morning. The dog loved running on the beach and walking around the quiet neighborhood. We could walk to great food and cute shops. The antique shops were wonderful.

The main problem of the property is the kitchen has no air vent for cooking so when you cook the apartment fills with smoke and the smoke alarm goes off- Also, the doors locks are needlessly complicated- And the neighbors upstairs were very noisy in the middle of the night- also, the toiletries were minimal. We had to buy some of our own. but overall, we liked-

sparkling beach side condo

This is an idyllic location steps to the ocean, with wonderful views from balcony and living area. Beautifully, tastefully decorated with all the kitchen equipment you might want. Sit on the patio to eat or read and watch the ocean, eat indoors with the same view! Views even while you cook or wash dishes! Everything in Cayucos is in walking distance. Management is a phone call away and they respond to problems quickly (we had a minor hardware problem). NOTE: the condo does not provide any beach gear or equipment. This place is not used by the owners so there are no pantry staples, limited paper goods etc. This is NOT a place for someone with any physical limitations: you need to be able to climb stairs with your gear and the huge king size bed is way off the floor. Bring lighting for one side of the bed if you are a reader in bed.
