Great place to stay! Quick ride to the beach and marina! Very clean condo and has all the amenities you could ever think of! Host was very quick at responding to any questions or concerns! Would stay here again!

This was one of the best condos we have ever stayed in. Very clean, kitchen had everything you need, nice bathroom, the sleeper sofa was quite comfortable according to my kids :-), the condo‘s decoration was really tasteful and the communication with the hosts was perfect!The gym is undergoing some renovations so they have moved some machines and dumbells to the Club House.Absolutely 5 Stars

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo is updated, comfortable, clean and very homey. The owners are very accommodating and easy to work with. The location was a plus - only ten minutes to Clearwater Beach. The kitchen was stocked and had everything you needed. All in all we had a good stay and looking forward to coming back sometime soon.

Relaxing Getaway

We had an awesome time at this little get away. The location was excellent in that it was close to the airport, beach, and many places to eat. We felt safe and the place was clean. We will definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! The space was spotless, modern, and beautifully updated. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and we enjoyed the grill near the pool. One of our favorite parts was the balcony overlooking the huge pool- mealtime out there was relaxing!The location couldn’t have been better — just a short drive to both Clearwater and St. Pete beaches, with tons of great restaurants!

We had a great stay here! Everything was very nice and new, it had great amenities, a great location in Clearwater, and the pool was just below us. Nick was very communicative and helpful throughout our stay, recommending great attractions and restaurants to visit. Definitely recommend staying here!!

The property was beautiful. Condo very well appointed. Bathroom was large and has a walk in shower. Comfortable and it felt like home. Best place we have stayed in Clearwater. And a bonus that the pool is heated!

Apartment was tastefully decorated, appliances were high-end, and was well supplied with everything one needs. The rain shower was wonderful (the only suggestion would be a safety bar and a soap dish). Nick was very accommodating and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfection!

From the moment we stepped into our condo at the Avalon, we were so impressed with the decor. It was convenient to everything from restaurants, grocery stores and the beach. The host was great to work with. I highly recommend this place and we will definitely be back.

perfect getaway in Clearwater

As a family we really enjoyed our first vacation in Florida. The apartment is very clean, modern and super well equipped. The hosts were very engaging and friendly. We had a fantastic stay at Nick's place! It was plenty spacious for our family of four. It was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated. It had a great view of the pool and all of the beach gear we could have possibly needed, and more! Nick was very responsive and helpful and made us feel very welcome. We will definitely come back in the future!

Excellent condo

Good size clean well decorated condo with large comfy bed, walk in shower was excellent, the kitchen is fully equipped everything catered for.Keypad entry so fiddling around for keys and plenty of parking spaces.Would recommend Abe’s place restaurant within walking distance, Clearwater beach is a short drive away.Excellent contact with host this condo comes highly recommended would definitely rent again if in the Clearwater area.

We were very pleased at the condition of the condo. Fully equipped with anything you could need. The unit was very clean and well kept. Fantastic!

The host was great and always responded quickly. The recommendations the host provided (specifically Cristina’s Pizza) was also helpful for us. The condo location was wonderful - it felt like a short drive to everywhere we wanted to go, all while not feeling too busy or crowded. The condo itself was super clean and beautifully decorated. They also have everything (and more) that we needed for the week, so we were able to pack a bit lighter. Highly recommend this place!
