This cute as a button bungalow is on Lake Hartwell with easy access to Asbury Park, Green Pond Landing, Portman Marina, Big Water Marina and Clemson Marina. Sit on the porch while you grill and watch the sunset, fish off the covered slip dock or bring your own boat! Plenty of parking for multiple trailers/vehicles (driveway is approx 96Lx20W)Whether it is fishing, jet skiing or just relaxing, 962 miles of shoreline is all yours to enjoy! We rented the house for our son's graduation from Clemson. It was very clean and comfortable. The home was nicely decorated and inviting. The kitchen, bathrooms, and floors were all very clean. We used the grill which was a nice option. We found pots, pans, and utensils to be plenriful. The distance to Clemson was perfect. We would definitely stay here again.

Hartwell Stay

This property was everything we needed for our week stay. Myself and 3 friends stayed here for American Bass Anglers National fishing championship and it was great. The property is located close to tackle shops, Portman Marina, Green Pond Landing, gas stations and grocery stores all with in 3 to 6 miles

Wonderful Stay

We really enjoyed our stay. It was close to Green Pond Landing where my so had to put in for the Bass High School National Championship. The lake front property was was a great place for me to wait for weigh in daily. The cove is great for swimming. The only small suggestion I have is I wish the dock had a few chairs. I would 100% rent this home again.

Gameday/Lake Awesome!

This home was just perfect for our gameday. The home was very clean. We had two minor issues - there was not a baking sheet to be found and there was a typo on our door code. The host was quick to respond on getting the correct door code though. Other than that, the home was stocked very well. We will put on our VRBO list for sure.

Game Weekend stay

Great location for a Clemson game weekend stay - a little out of the way of the rest of the crazy traffic! This place was easy to find and had parking for at least 3-4 cars if need be. Clean and comfortable with a nice lake view. Our main issue was lack of clear instructions on newer electronic door lock and having to call the property manager to get into the house (code was old and didn’t work). WiFi password was old and didn’t work as well, just be sure to ask about it. Property manager was nice and quick to respond but has many properties to manage. We had to remind them which property we were in each time we spoke. Bedrooms got really warm at night despite turning down heat (but it admittedly was a very very cold weekend)! We wished there had been some window coverings on the living room windows/front door/window for nighttime, but we realize the point is to see the nice lake view during the day. Can’t review the dock bc it was too cold to play in the lake. Quick drive to many restaurants. Would stay here again!
