About this property
Cozy Wild West Covered Wagon next to River
Reconnect with nature in the breathtaking Applegate Valley while enjoying the comfort of our cozy covered wagon.
Take a step back in time and create memories as our ancestors did on the Oregon trail in covered wagons.
Escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life & unwind in our Paradise on the Applegate River.
Enjoy the many nature trails that meander throughout the 11 acres on our farm.
Say hello to all of the cute furry animals grazing on our pasture.
Your adventure awaits!!
The space
Our homestead/farm is nestled in a lush forest along the Applegate River on 11 acres. We have 2 Conestoga Wagons at our Glamping wagon camp. Each wagon has its own private space and dedicated full bathroom.
Enjoy our private swimming area fed by the Applegate River. Bring an inner tube, small raft or kayak for the swimming hole or even the River.
Feel free to connect with nature on the trails that meander through the forest on our homestead.
Say hi to the many animals on our homestead/farm including: Dolly the Llama, Nigerian Dwarf goats, Emus, Mini Pig, Turkeys, chickens, peacock & peahen, guinea fowl, parakeets, quails and more.
Guest tours may be available depending on our availability. We generally are on the homestead tending to the animals, crops etc. Just let us know ahead of time if you'd like a tour & we can coordinate a time.
Guest access
You will be able to enjoy our swimming hole/area, the river area (along our property), nature trails, and areas outside of the animal fencing and fencing around our home.

About the host
Hosted by Sean

For many years, Sean & Evellyne dreamed of simplifying their life. They longed for a new place to call home. A place away from the hustle and bustle of the congested city. A place near the mountains, rivers and streams where they could create a homestead and begin to learn to be self sufficient.
At the end of 2020 they made the leap to follow their dreams & moved from San Diego to Southern Oregon. They found their dream property in the heart of the awe inspiring Applegate Valley.
Now that Sean & Evellyne have settled into their new home they would like to share the beauty of this majestic area with others through beautiful glamping resort. They had dreamed of creating a place for countless families, couples and friends to create long lasting memories. A place for people to unplug from the constant attachment to technology, unwind and connect with nature.
What better way to do this than glamping in magnificent covered wagons next the beautiful Applegate River and in the heart of Southern Oregon's wine country?!?!
