A perfect location to walk downtown, especially on a summer evening. The rooms were welcoming and Cyd was a helpful host. Great peanut butter cookies :)

Cyd's place is one of the nicest we have stayed in! When we arrived, we were greeted by several deer and a flock of turkeys! Cyd was welcoming and her peanut butter cookies she left us as a treat were delicious! Her place is cozy and conveniently located to town. She shared the history of the town and let us know the site of the first gold found in Oregon is just down the street from her property (there is a small monument at the site)! We won't hesitate to stay at Cyd's again next time we are visiting Jacksonville!

From booking and first communication to last, the host was responsive and thoughtful. Upon arrival the accommodations were clean and well represented as photographs showed with a fresh baked snack on the table. The property is inviting, clean and well maintained. A family of deer shared the early mornings with us and a flock of Tom turkeys showed up in the yard for a mid morning snack. Will definitely be staying again, when time allows.

Very clean and quaint attached cottage close to downtown Jacksonville. Cleanliness, A/C, Internet, and bed comfort are very important to me, and the property nailed it. The kitchen is a throwback to older times, but it adds to the charm. Cyd is a wonderful host and I would stay again.
