I cannot say enough good things about this property, from first impression to the time we left! What an adorable house, so tastefully decorated and immaculately clean. The three bedrooms were perfect for my elderly father, me, and my sister and her husband. Perfect for our needs

The house was spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable and the neighborhood is quiet. One other review mentioned a musty or moldy smell - we did not notice that at all, and it rained while we were there. If we are in Marietta again, we would definitely stay here.
