Captain's Quarters | One Bed Condo Waterfront on Ohio River

McKennaLodging is proud to welcome you to our newest property, The Residences at McKenna Landing. We're located in Harmar, just over the bridge from the vibrant historic district of downtown Marietta. The property was originally constructed in 1937 and was home to a number of businesses over the years. After we acquired the property at the beginning of 2023, we spent about 11 months renovating the space. You will now find four beautiful apartments in the building.

River Port - a three bedroom, one bathroom apartment with a private balcony located on the second floor of the property.

Dock Side - a two bedroom, one bathroom apartment with a private balcony located on the second floor of the property. .

Harbor Master - a two bedroom, one bathroom apartment located on the main level of the building with its own dedicated deck space.

Captain's Quarters - a luxurious one bedroom, one bathroom apartment located on the main level of the building with its own dedicated deck space.

Each apartment can be rented individually, or they can be reserved in different configurations depending on your groups needs.

My husband and i loved our stay this place is really charming, clean, beautifully appointed. Perfect 4plex right on the ohio river , great views , big deck to enjoy morning coffee . Open gourmet kitchen nice little living room/ dining area. Nice entryway Large 1 bedroom with view and balcony doors . The Bed was sooo comfortable! Loved the bedding You can tell that the owners/host put a lot of care into making things special for their guests. Great fast communication with Host . Close to the charming town of Marietta. We will definitely stay again

Beautiful apartment on the banks of the Ohio River

This was a very spacious apartment with windows and full deck access from both the main room and the bedroom. The unit was clean and well-appointed with a large kitchen and main room. It is a short walk to restaurants and about a mile to the charming downtown. The host was very responsive when I reached out. This is one of the nicest VRBOs I've stayed in and I will definitely choose this one again when I'm in the area.

The door code never work for us so had to used the key.Not supplied with lots of cookware and seving silverware. Thermostat seemed to go back therefore it was cool most of the time
