Located in downtown Marietta so the building is old, flat has been modernized and was comfortable. Perfect place to stay if you’re looking for a historic, downtown vibe.
Great flat in the heart of town. Close to everything: restaurants, shopping, farmer's market, etc. The flat was well equipped for our long weekend stay, with a large kitchen, comfy beds, and a nice bathroom. I was especially thankful that the air conditioning worked so well, given that it was typical hot August weather. The owner was quick to respond and helpful when I had questions. I will definitely recommend to anyone staying in Marietta!
Marietta is a great little town and this apartment on Front Street is perfectly placed. Read "The Pioneers" before visiting and enjoy the lovely people you will meet.
This property is perfect for everything one could want in a Downtown Experience in Historic Marietta. A very walkable community. Restaurants, biking, walking, the River, waterway activities, history, art, music...did I miss anything? Nope. Even the weather was stellar!
The location of this apartment is wonderful, and there are so many places to eat and shop within walking distance. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Due to the central location, there was some street noise early in the AM. Otherwise no complaints!
This was in a perfect spot to enjoy the shops and restaurants of Marietta. The flat was clean and modern--very pleasant! Parking was close by and convenient. We had a little trouble getting the keys out of the lock box because we were both too short to see the numbers on the combination, but other than that, it was perfect! I forgot to bring coffee, and was very appreciative that there was some there--thank you! I would stay there again.
Searching last minute for a place to stay with the entire family and one that accepts a giant dog is always stressful. Fortunately, I came across the flat on front street and it just so happened to be available, accepting of our dog, and in a perfect location. The entire process was seamless. The apartment was spacious, welcoming, tidy, and close to many unique businesses all within walking distance. The check in and check out processes were thoroughly explained. Communication with the host was top notch! I am so incredibly grateful for the experience and being able to find the perfect place for our stay. We will definitely be back.
The property was in great condition. A great remodeled apartment right in the middle of everything in historic Marietta. We enjoyed walking to all of the restaurants, shops, rivers and historical places within 10-15 minutes.
One thing to be aware of is the First Fridays is a big event in Marietta. The street to get to the parking lot (Butler St) is closed off from Front St during that event. Just go from Second St to Butler St and you can get in. Again great place to stay!

The apartment was very comfortable and clean, exactly what we needed for our short stay. Check in was easy and efficient, however, I could not reach the lockbox (too high). The location was near several fun shops and places to eat. The host was excellent at responding to questions. I rated this property a 5-star, however, there were several things that should be remedied (flat wornout pillows, torn bedsheets, ripped upholstered chair in living room, broken toilet paper holder, etc) - all very minor to fix. The apartment itself was excellent and well decorated. I would definitely stay here again.
All in all a good stay. Areas for improvement are. Poor internet reliability for trying to do work through wifi even TVs would disconnect frequently and bedroom tv requires update and it would fail repeatedly asking to do a required update. See pics attached. Tried to reset router as directed by host no improvement. The towels available at unit were very worn and dated but clean. The shower head leaked and had low water pressure especially when flushing the toilet. The unit was very warm in temperature and we could not get it to cool below 74 degrees and had to open all windows in unit to cool it down enough to sleep comfortably. I think duct work exposed gives off too much heat and is to the point of almost unbearable. The parking spots associated with the rental were always parked full but on street parking was usually available. Parking spaces associated with rental are not really adequate for large pickup truck and should be stated as sedan or compact car friendly.
Wanted to stay downtown Marietta for the Sternwheel Festival and the location of this property was perfect ! It was clean - questions were answered promptly, beds were comfy - and white noise machines were even provided (it was Sternwheel weekend so I was prepared for that anyway) It was so nice - I've already booked it for 2025 ! A couple things to mention if you're planning on staying here - bring a block for your chargers - we had cords but no block - quick trip to CVS one block away fixed it - but it was unusual to not have a place to recharge. And the steps - it's a beautiful apartment, full of history, but that also comes with steps that aren't exactly level going up. I just thought it added to the charm of the place - and there are handrails - but if you have an older traveler - there is no elevator ! A well deserved 5 star stay - can't wait for next year !
