Never let the ocean out of sight at this beachfront home - all that stands between you and sand between your toes is a sliding glass door! Enjoy quality family time with a special dinner on the oceanfront patio with lounge furniture, a BBQ grill, a sun umbrella, and water access. Light up the firepit at night. Up for some adventure? Rent an ATV from nearby Sun Buggie and ride down the dunes. First-timers are encouraged, and safety is the top priority - followed by fun! They even offer tours for those looking to kick back and enjoy the view. Trade in your boogie board for a shopping bag and spend an afternoon at Pismo Beach Premium Outlets, just over three miles up the coast. From Coach to Nike to Gymboree, there are bargains in store for every member of the family.

Stretch your legs, and take a deep breath of ocean air. Head through the wooden gate and up a couple of steps to the front door. Enter into the main living area with a sofa bed. While you unpack or make a cocktail at the bar, put a classic VHS tape on the TV. The bar area includes a cocktail shaker, blender, and mini-fridge. Ocean views stream in through the sliding glass doors and windows.

Stock the fridge with fresh fruits from a nearby produce stand, and make meals on the five-burner gas range. Helpful kitchen gadgets include two different types of coffee makers.

The primary bedroom is furnished with a California king bed. Take in views of the ocean out your window or watch TV. The en suite bathroom has a double vanity and a tub/shower combination.

The owner occasionally stays in the studio attached to the garage and may be on-site during your stay.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
