Great stay for the whole family. The host was very responsive and made sure everythkng was ready. The house is great for families as it had plentynof space and the kids loved the starwars theme room. We are going to tey and book this same stay next trip to the coast. Thank you for the great stay.

The location was great having quick access to Pismo Beach, Avila Beach, San Luis Obispo, and other Central Coast areas. Check-in and checkout was very easy. The house had everything we needed to enjoy our family’s visit including hosting Thanksgiving.

Great location, clean and comfortable. I was worried that there would be a smell, but it was minor and didn't bother us. Manager was responsive. Only hiccup was that the washer damaged some of our clothes (residual bleach from a previous guest or housekeeper?). I wpuld stay here again.

The house was great for the size of our group and it had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable, it was nice to have a washer and dryer, linens were good, living room was cozy, and the kitchen had good supplies, including complimentary coffee pods. The older folks with us did not love the stairs. You have to go up one flight of stairs just to enter the living areas of the house, and another to get to the adult bedrooms. Not something I hold against the owners as stairs were described in the listing - just keep it in mind if anyone in your group has mobility issues. The main thing that we did not like about the home was the smell. You can tell that there used to be smokers living in the house. There were air purifiers throughout the house so they are definitely trying to fix this, but I think smoke smell is really hard to get out of a house. If you opened a closet that typically stayed closed, you could really smell it. We didn't put our clothes in the closets for this reason. I almost would give this rental 3 stars rather than 4, but since everything else was good, a 3 seems a bit too low.
