Our Oceanfront Anchored Ashore Home has the most Amazing Views of the Coast line from one end to the other!

With this split level floor plan we offer two completely separate living areas for couples/friends to have their very own private living space.

Our upstairs offers gorgeous panoramic views from the living room and upper deck area. The upper level hosts a fully stocked kitchen with everything one might need. We have two private, spacious bedrooms that are beautifully furnished, one with a king bed and the second bedroom hosting a queen bed, this upper floor also has a full bathroom and over sized shower area.

Our lower level Studio also has amazing oceanfront views from every area.
The Studio has a fully stocked kitchen, full bath, and a queen bed. This lower level studio also offers easy access to the private beach area directly in front of the house. Here you can enjoy your own picnic table, fire ring and large comfy beach chairs.

In addition to all that, you also have an inner court yard with a sitting area for one to enjoy meditate or simply take in the quiet.

For a little added entertainment one can sit back and watch the cars because this beach does allow vehicles to drive near the waters edge, and that is about the length of a football field, but don't worry the cars are not allowed to drive up by the homes.

Parking: We have a standard two car garage and driveway parking at our home. We allow a total of three vehicles at our property. There are NO RV'S, NO CAMPERS, NO TRAVEL TRAILERS OR MOTOR HOMES ALLOWED.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Guests are required to fully complete page 3 of the signed contract. Launder towels, hand towels and washcloths. Make sure all dishes are washed and clean before you put them away. Take out All trash
Put barbecue, fire ring and bucket of sand toys back in garage. Stack patio chairs.
Close All windows, turn off all appliances and lock all doors. Leave our home clean, same way you received it.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Contract must be signed and returned to me. ABSOLUTELY NO Charging of Any Electric Vehicles. 7 GUESTS TOTAL.
Absolutely NO PETS, ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND, ABSOLUTELY No drinking parties, ABSOLUTELY no loud or vulgar music.
Clean up after yourselves, leave our home as you received it, this is called respect.

Great location on the beach. Nice to have separate living quarters. Great property. The only down fall would be the very small TV's. The one in the bottom studio is way to small to even watch TV on. Other then that great house, amazing location.

Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful!

We had a much needed relaxing and calming time here! The views are amazing, access to the beach is right out the back yard. Everything that is listed in the details is there, plus some. The downstairs apartment was perfect for our 19 year old son to have his own space but still be with the family. Tammy was wonderful and very responsive. We loved the area and the town. My boys and hubby spent hours in the water and playing in the sand, I spent hours watching the WHALES AND DOLPHINS. Yes, you can see whales and dolphins in the water playing and the deck on this house is the perfect vantage point. It was the 4th of July and we saw fireworks in many different directions!! The house is older, so you cannot expect perfection, but it is perfect for a getaway by the ocean! Thank you so much, Tammy. WE LOVED IT.

Old tired unkept property

We got a call from property manager when we were on our way to the property-was told there was an issue with the sliding glass door to get in to the house and they were not sure if they could get someone out to repair it. After getting to the house It was pretty evident the door had an issue for a long time. Fan and light didn’t work. I cut my lip on a wine glass when I took a sip and a piece of the glass broke off in my mouth-glass apparently had a crack on both sides-we were required to sweep when we left But it was obvious that the floors had not been cleaned before we got there— way over priced for what we paid

Best place to reset you mind, and clear out thoughts that way you down. The sound of the beach .

I personally got to clear my mind near the beach, reset my thoughts to be a better writer and performer. The place on the beach was very relaxing.

Charming Beachfront House

The neighborhood, beachfront backyard, and house were perfect for our family. We enjoyed playing at the beach, watching the beautiful sunsets, and loved the unique touches in the house like the stained glass windows, bookshelves, and artwork as well.

This house on the beach was more than expected..right on the beach walk out the house and your toes are in the sand and than a short walk to the ocean water..rules were easy to follow..thank you Tammy for making my fiance and girls happy on the birthday getaway.

Wonderful Place

A few friends and I rented this house for Labor Day weekend and had an amazing time! The location couldn’t be better and communication with the property owners was easy and consistent. We would highly recommend this house and would love to come back!

Excellent stay and location!

My fiancée and our close friends stayed from July 22-25, 2021. The location of this place was excellent for what we were doing, (visiting downtown, going to Steve’s ATVs). The alternate check in location for Steve’s was less than a mile from here and the main office .3 miles walking distance. Downtown was about a 5 minute drive. The place itself was beautiful, with patio decks on both top and bottom rooms. Both have a full kitchen although the bottom room has a much smaller stove than the top room does. I would recommend staying at the bottom room just because you have direct access to the beach. A few things to note for management, some of the cooking utensils were flimsy for cooking and we noticed some bugs (tiny roaches) crawling around at night. But other than that, everything was perfect. We will definitely come back again!

AMAZING VIEWS

The description and reviews of this property was spot in! The location was perfect and views were absolutely amazing. My husband, daughter and I stayed the weekend and the studio downstairs was a bonus which provided easy access to beach. We enjoyed a bonfire and watched the sunset and sunrise all weekend. Would recommend location for any small family or group.

Right on beach , 2 floor , wide ocean front, clean, easy check in out. Near to market as well. Host provide everything we need . I highly recommend this vacation home. I planning again for 2nd trip to pismo .

Excellent location and host

The location of this property was amazing. Having the beach right at your doorstep, the sand dunes, and the ocean provided kids and adults of all ages plenty of fun and things to do. The property has a fire ring and a grill, and it was so great to have those. We enjoyed bbq and campfire and s'mores every night. There were a few minor things but Tammy was super responsive via text and we got things figured out right away. This was the family weekend getaway we all needed, and this property and location was perfect for it.

We had a fantastic stay for 4 generations of family.
