Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We loved being at the beach. Furniture and carpet was a little old. Kitchen had everything! All was clean. Great location!

Patio railing was rotted

We stayed on second floor patio railing was rotted. My husband and granddaughter almost fell through. My husband did fall through.

We were so grateful for this discovery & report, and especially that no one was injured. We are pleased to report that the HOA replaced both the rail board that was rain damaged, and the security mesh that had loosened at the very top when the chair was backed up into it, as shared with us. Thankfully, the sides and base of the steel mesh were completely intact so nothing could pass thru, but this must have been unnerving! We immediately ordered full repair which has been completed. Thorough inspection has also been done and all now found safe & secure. Thank you for reporting this to us! Before & after photos are available, of course. We are so sorry for the startling experience. Our mgmt company has also offered to host you for a complimentary 2 night stay in their CEO’s personal 3 bdrm beach level condo to provide you with another more relaxing getaway! Please call to arrange available dates.
