Enjoy a peaceful coastal getaway in this premium second-level condo with beautiful full ocean and sandy dune views, located within the gated community of Pajaro Dunes Resort. This inviting 2 bedroom, 2 bath home comfortably accommodates up to 5 guests and offers a perfect blend of comfort and scenery.

The primary bedroom features a Queen bed, while the guest bedroom includes a Queen and a Twin bed, making it ideal for families or small groups. Both queen beds have updated box springs, and the guest bedroom was refreshed with new nightstands last year.

The living space is bright and welcoming, with large windows that showcase stunning views of the ocean, sand dunes, and surrounding natural landscape. Guests can relax by the electric fireplace, installed in winter of 2023, or enjoy entertainment on the 55” Roku Smart TV with cable and a DVD player. Additional TVs are located in both bedrooms, each equipped with cable and DVD access. The dining area seats six comfortably, with two additional bar stools available at the kitchen counter.

The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals, and a Weber Q1200 propane BBQ is available for outdoor cooking (guests will need to purchase a 1 lb propane tank). High-speed Wi-Fi is provided through upgraded Spectrum service to keep you connected during your stay.

This is a non-smoking property, and pets are not allowed due to our HOA policies.

This condo is beachfront with a great view and just a few steps down to the beach. When we checked out we left some items in the condo and the resort staff were very helpful retrieving them for us.

This is a wonderful spot to relax! Surroundings are quiet and well kept. Everything we needed was there. The only issue we had was with the internet. The location is perfect for activities at both Santa Cruz and Monterey.

Lovely Beachfront Condo

We really enjoyed this clean, comfortable, well-appointed condo right on the beach! We had a full ocean view from the deck and master bedroom with incredible sunsets. The spacious modern kitchen had everything we needed to cook dinner. The building was quiet and well-maintained. We will definitely return!

relaxing retreat at the beach with old friends

We were very happy with the size, beautiful setting, bedroom set up and cleanliness of the unit #340 at Shorebirds. We enjoyed a couple meals out in Moss landing just 15 minutes away- and had lots of great re-connecting in the comfy living room. Great access to the beach- nice long walks and caught amazing sunsets every night. We would definitely stay here again. Very convenient from San Jose Morgan Hill area- less than an hour- but felt like a paradise.

Shorebirds is an Amazing community. Place was clean, well decorated, and the view was amazing. Kitchen was nicely remodeled with granite. Unit was well stocked with a roasting pan for your Thanksgiving Turkey. Washer and dryer located in closet. This condo is on the 2nd floor. There are three floors total. We did not hear any noise from the top floor but not sure if it was occupied. The condo is very narrow but with the strategic placed mirrors it gives the impression of a airy room. The only suggestion would be to replace the Mr. Coffee Pot with a pod machine. BBQ is a low quality BBQ with two burners, but gets the job done.In the summertime the Sun moves way South and you cannot watch the Sunset from the living room. Hey, you should be on the beach anyway....We will return

the listing was accurate and the place was clean. It is a little outdated but it was great. Checkin in after dark was a bit confusing but we got it figured out.
